- 제1항에 있어서, 입체강성 메탈로센 화합물이 4-(n5-3-알킬사이클로펜타디에닐)-4,6,6-트리메틸(n5-2-알킬-4,5-테트라하이드로펜탈렌) 이외의 리간드 시스템인 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입체강성 메탈로센 화합물이 하기 일반식(I)을 갖는 방법.상기식에서, M1은 주기율표의 Ⅲb족, Ⅳb족, Ⅴb족 또는 Ⅵb족 금속이고, ,M2는 탄소, 규소 또는 게르마늄이고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자, C1-C40-탄화수소 함유 그룹(예:C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹, C6-C25-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹 또는 C7-C40-아릴 알케닐 그룹), OH그룹, 할로겐 원자 또는 NRR14 2(여기서, R14는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴그룹이다)이거나, R1및 R2는 이들을 연결시키는 원자와 함께 환 시스템을 형성하고, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8및 R9는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C20-탄화수소 함유 그룹(예:할로겐화 될 수 있는 C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C6-C20-아릴 그룹, C6-C20-아릴 옥시 그룹, C2-C13-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹, -SiR14 3, -NR14 2, -SiOR14 3, -SISR14 3또는 -PR14 2라디칼(여기서, R14는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴그룹이다)이거나, 2개 이상의 인접 라디칼 R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8및 R9는 이들을 연결시키는 원자와 함께 환 시스템, 바람직하게는 4 내지 40, 특히 바람직하게는 6 내지 15인 탄소원자를 함유하는 환 시스템을 형성하며, R10은 수소 원자, C1-C40-탄화수소 함유 그룹, 예를 들어, C1-C20-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C20-아릴 그룹, C6-C20-아릴 옥시 그룹, C2-C12-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40-아릴 알케닐 그룹[이들은 각각 -NR14 3, -SiR14 3, -SR14 2 ,-OSiR14 3라디칼을 함유할 수 있으며, R14는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴그룹이다)이거나 R10은 라디칼 R3, R4, R5및 R6중의 하나 이상에 결합되며, R11은[여기서, n은 1 내지 20의 정수이고, 1은 0 내지 20의 정수이며, X는 O, =NR14, =CO, =PR14, =P(O)R14, =SO, =SO2또는 -S-(여기서, R14는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴 그룹이다)이고, R15및 R16은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40-탄화수소 함유 그룹, 예를 들어 C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-플루오로알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C10-플루오로아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40-아릴 알케닐 그룹이거나, 두개의 라디칼 R15, 두개의 라디칼 R16또는 R15와 R16은 이들을 연결시키는 원자들과 함께 하나 이상의 환을 형성하며, M3은 규소, 게르마늄 또는 주석이다]이고, R12및 R13은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자, C1-C40-탄화수소 함유 그룹, 예를 들어 C1-C20-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C20-아릴 그룹, C6-C20-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C12-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹[이들 각각은 -NR14 3, -SR14 3, -SiR14 3또는 - OSiR14 3라디칼(여기서, R14는 할로겐 원자, C1-C10-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10-아릴 그룹이다)라디칼을 함유하거나 할로겐 원자를 함유할 수 있다]이고, R23은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C40-탄화수소 함유 그룹, 예를 들어 C1-C10-알킬 그룹, C1-C10-알콕시 그룹, C6-C10-아릴 그룹, C6-C25-아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10-알케닐 그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹 또는 C7-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹이거나, 하나 이상의 라디칼 R23은 하나 또는 두개의 라디칼 R15및 R16및/또는 하나 이상의 라디칼 R10, R11, R12및 R13에 결합되고, m은 0 내지 24의 정수이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, M1이 지르코늄이고, R1및 R2는 동일하며 할로겐 원자이고, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8및 R9가 동일하거나 상이하며 수소원자 또는 C1-C4-알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C14-아릴 그룹이거나, R8및 R9및 R3및 R4및/또는 R5및 R6은 이들을 연결하는 원자들과 함께 방향족 탄화수소 환 시스템을 형성하고, M2가 탄소원자이고, R10이 C1-C6-알킬그룹이고, R11은 -CH2-CH2-이고, R12및 R13이 동일하거나 상이하며 메틸 또는 페닐그룹이고 m이 0인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 하나 이상이 입체강성 메탈로센 화합물 및 b) 하나 이상의 조촉매를 포함하는 촉매 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조촉매가 알루미녹산인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입체 강성 메탈로센 화합물이 지지되고/되거나 예비중합되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식 Ra-CH=CH-Rb(여기서, Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자 또는 C1-C20탄화수소 라디칼이거나, Ra및 Rb는 이들을 연결하는 원자들과 함께 하나 이상의 환을 형성한다)의 올레핀 하나 이상을 중합시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법으로 제조될 수 있는 폴리올레핀.
- 제10항에서 청구된 사이클로올레핀 공중합체 하나 이상을 포함하는 중합체 알로이(alloy)
- 제10항에서 청구된 사이클로올레핀 공중합체 하나 이상을 포함하는 성형물.
- 제11항에서 청구된 중합체 알로이를 포함하는 성형물.
- 폴리올레핀을 제조하기 위한, 리간드로서, 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 환 시스템을 통해 서로 결합되는 2개 이상의 치환되거나 비치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹(여기서, 하나 이상의 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹이 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 환 시스템에 합된다)을 함유하는 하나 이상의 입체강성 메탈로센 화합물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
