Abstract
본 발명은 폴리하이드라지드와 카보닐 함유 우레탄-비닐 하이브리드 중합체 및, 경우에 따라, 통상적인 첨가제를 포함하는 수성 자동가교결합제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 폴리하이드라지드와 카보닐 함유 우레탄-비닐 하이브리드 중합체(hybrid polymer)및, 경우에 따라, 통상적인 첨가제를 포함하는 수성자동가교결합재(autocr osslinking binder).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리하이드라지드가 2개 이상의 하이드라진, 하이드라지드 및/또는 하이드라존 그룹을 갖는 저분자량의 지방족 화합물, 방향족 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 수성 자동가교 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카보닐 함유 우레탄-비닐 하이브리드 중합체가 비닐 함유 우레탄 매크로단량체를 다른비닐 단략체인, 하나 이상의 카보닐 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체와 함께 유리 래디칼개시 중합시킴으로써 수득될 수 있으며, 폴리우레탄-비닐 하이브리드 분산액중의 비닐 블럭의 함량(중량)이 고체 성분의 중량에 대하여 1 내지 95%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 70%인 수성 자동가교결합제.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 카보닐 함유 우레탄-비닐 하이브리드 중합체가 비닐 함유 우레탄 매크로 단량체를 다른 비닐 단량체인, 하나 이상의 카보닐 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체와 함께 유리 래디칼 개시 중합시킴으로써 수득될 수 있으며, 비닐 그룹이 우레탄 매크로단량체의 쇄 말단(말단)에 화학적으로 결합되고/되거나 매크로단량체 쇄를 따라(측쇄) 화학적으로 결합되는 수성 자동가교결합제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레탄 매크로 단량체의 제조시 사용되는 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 폴리하이드록시 폴리에테르, 폴리하이드록시 폴리에스테르 및 폴리하이드록시폴리카보네이트로부터 선택 되는 수성 자동가교결합제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레탄 매크로단량체의 제조시 사용되는 친수성 화할물이 이소시아네이트 작용성 또는 하이드록시 작용성 폴리 알킬렌 옥사이드 및 하이드록시 작용성의 음이온성, 음이온발생 성, 양이온성 또는 양이온발생성 화합물로부터 선택되는 수성 자동가교결합제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서. 카보닐 그룹을 함유하지 않는 비닐 단량체가 탄소수 1 내지 12의 지방족 알콜과 (메트)아크릴산, (이소)크로튼산 및 비닐 아세트산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 불포화 카복실산과 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되거나, 비닐 에스테르, 비닐 에테르 및 스티렌, 비닐 톨루엔 또는 비닐 나프탈렌과 갈은 방향족 비닐 화할물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 하나 이상의 카보닐 그룹을 함유하는 비닐 단량체가 지방족 불포화 모노알데히드 또는 디알데히드 및 지방족 불포화 케톤으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 수성 자동가교결합재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카보닐 그룹을 함유하지 않는 비닐 단량체가 탄소수 1 내지 12의 지방족 알콜과 (메트)아크릴산과의 에스테르인 수성 자동가교결합제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드라진 그룹의 수 :카보닐 그룹의 수의 비가 1:40 내지 2:1, 바람직하게는 1:20 내지 2:1인 수성 자동가교결합재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 결합제를, 경우에 따라, 가교결합제, 기타 수지 및, 안료, 균염제 등과 같은 추가의 첨가제와 함께 혼합된 상태로, 인쇄 잉크용 수지, 접착제 및, 목재, 제지, 플라스틱,가죽. 직물 및 금속 기재용 피복 조성물에서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 결합제를 금속 피복용 기제피막(basecoat)에 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 결합제를 목재 피복용 기제피막에 사용하는 방법.
- 제12항에서 청구한 결합제를 플라스틱 피복용 기제피막에 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
