Claims (11)
- 차량에 있어서의 좌륜 회전축(2)과 우륜 회전축(3)의 사이에 기관으로부터의 구동력을 입력시키는 입력부(1)와, 상기 좌우의 회전축(2, 3)의 사이의 차동을 허용하면서 상기 입력부(1)로부터 입력된 구동력을 상기 좌우의 각각의 회전축(2, 3)에 전달하는 차동 기구(4)와, 상기 구동력의 전달 상태를 제어해서 상기 좌우륜으로의 구동력 배분을 조정하는 구동력 전달 제어 기구(5)를 구비하고, 상기 구동력 전달 제어기구(5)가 좌륜회전축(2)과 우륜 회전축의 사이에 끼워져서 이러한 회전축(2, 3) 중의 한쪽의 회전축(2)의 회전속도를 증속해서 제1의 중간축(14)으로 출력하는 증속기구(6A)와 상기 하나의 회전축(2)의 회전 속도를 감속해서 제2의 중간축(15)으로 출력하는 감속 기구(6B)가 일체화된 증감속기구(6B)와, 상기 제1의 중간축과 상기 좌우의 회전축(2, 3)중의 다른 쪽의 회전축(3)의 사이에 끼워져 상기 제1의 중간축(14)과 상기 다른 회전축의 사이에서 구동력의 전달을 실행할 수 있는 제1의 전달 토오크 용량 가변형 캡링(7)과, 상기 제2의 중간축(15)과 상기 좌우의 회전축(2, 3)중의 다른 쪽이 회전축(3)의 사이에 끼워져서 상기 제2의 중간축(15)과 상기 다른 쪽의 회전축(3)의 사이에서 구동력의 전달을 실행할 수 있는 제2의 전달 토오크 용량가변형캡링(8)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 전달 토오크 용량 가변형 캡링(7, 8)이 서로 인접해서 일체화된 일체형 캡링으로 구성되고, 상기 차동 기구(4)와 상기 증감속 기구(6B)와 상기 일체형 캡링(7, 8)이 동축상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 전달 토오크 용량 가변형 캡링(7, 8)이 모두 전자 제어유압식 다판 클러치로 구성되고, 이러한 전자제어 유압식 다판 클러치가 직렬적으로 일체화되어 상기 일체형 캡링(7, 8)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일체형 캡링(7, 8)이 상기 차동기구(4) 및 상기 증감속기구(6B) 와 격벽(17)을 거쳐 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구가 유성기어식 차동기구로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우 구동력 조정 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유성 기어식 차동기구(4)가 링 기어(4A)를 상기 입력부(1)와 일체로 회전하도록 결합시키고, 유성기어(4B)를 상기 한 쪽의 회전축(2)과 일체로 회전하도록 결합시키며, 태양 기어(4D)를 상기 다른쪽의 회전축(3)과 일체로 회전하도록 결합시켜서 상기 한 쪽의 회전축(2)과 상기 다른 쪽의 회전축(3)이 상기 유성기어식 차동 기구(4)의 좌측 및 우측에 서로 동축적으로 배치되어 상기 증감속 기구(6B)가 상기 다른 쪽의 회전축(3)쪽에 설치되고 상기 일체형 캡링(7, 8)이 상기 다른쪽의 회전축(3)에 있어서의 증감속 기구(6B)보다도 외측에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 증감속 기구(6B)가 유성기어(4B)와 거기에 결합된 제3의 중간축(13)을 거쳐 상기 한 쪽의 회전축(2)에 접속되고, 그 증속기구(6A)가 상기 제3의 중간축(13)과 상기 제1의 중간축(14)의 사이에 끼워진 치차 기구(13A, 18A, 18B, 14A)로 구성됨과 아울러, 그 감속 기구(6B)가 상기 제3의 중간축과 상기 제2의 중간축(15)의 사이에 끼워진 치차 기구(13A, 18A, 18C, 15A)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증감속 기구(6B)가 상기 한 쪽의 회전축(12)과 일체로 회전하는 입력 태양기어(13A)와, 상기 제1의 중간축(14)과 일체로 회전하는 제1의 출력 태양기어(14A)와, 상기 제2의 중간축(15)와 일체로 회전하는 제2의 출력 태양기어(15A)와, 상기 입력 태양 기어(13A)에 맞물린 입력 유성기어(18A)와, 상기 제1의 출력 태양기어(14A)에 맞물린 제1의 출력 유성기어(18B)와, 상기 제2의 출력 태양기어(15A)에 맞물린 제2의 출력 유성기어(18C)를 일체로 결합한 복합 유성 기어 기구(6D)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 전달 토오크 용량 가변형 캡링(7, 8)이 서로 인접해서 일체화된 일체형 캡링으로 구성되고, 상기 차동 기구(4)와 상기 증감속 기구(6B)와 상기 일체형 캡링(7, 8)이 동축상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차동기구(4)의 수용부(9A)와 상기 증감속 기구(6B)의 수용부(9B)각 격벽으로 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력부(1)와 상기 증감속 기구(6B)가 차량의 전후방향으로 연장된 가상적 기준선(19)을 거의 따라서 배치되고, 상기 가상적 기준선에 대한 좌우측 중에서 한 쪽 방향으로 상기 차동 기구(4)가 배치되고, 상기 가상적 기준선에 대한 좌우측 중에서 다른 쪽 방향으로 상기 제1 및 제2의 전달 토오크 용량 가변형 캡링(7, 8)이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌우구동력 조정 장치.
