Claims (10)
- 피인쇄기판위에 인쇄하기 위한 소정의 凸패턴을 지닌 판과, 기판을 30℃이상으로 제어하는 온도제어수단으로 이루어지는 플렉소인쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도제어수단에 피인쇄기판을 지지하기 위한 스테이지를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉소인쇄장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도제어수단은 피인쇄기판을 정밀도 ±5℃이내로 33∼50℃로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉소인쇄장치.
- 피인쇄기판위에 인쇄하기 위한 소정의 凸패턴을 지니는 판, 피인쇄기판을 지지하는 스테이지 및 스테이지내에 부설된 온도제어수단으로 이루어진 플렉소인쇄장치.
- 플렉소인쇄장치에 의해 피인쇄기판을 30℃이상으로 제어하면서 피인쇄기판위에 유기고분자용액을 도포시키는 것으로 이루어지는 유기고분자막의 형성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기고분자막은 착색된 폴리아미드수지로 이루어진 칼라필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자막의 형성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기고분자막은 감광성페놀-노보락수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자막의 형성방법,
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기고분자막은 폴리이미드로 이루어지는 액정소자용 배향막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자막의 형성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기고분자막은 에폭시접착재로 이루어지는 액정소자용 시일재인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자막의 형성방법.
- 플렉소인쇄장치에 의해, 피인쇄기판을 30℃이상으로 제어하면서 피인쇄기판위에 무기산화물 전구체용액을 도포하는 것으로 이루어지는 무기산화물막의 형성방법.
