Claims (4)
- 제어대상의 직기(33)에 대하여 예비시험을 하고, 소정의 시험기간에 걸쳐서 공장의 이익의 증감을 좌우하는 파라미터를 수집하고, 공장의 이익의 증감을 좌우하는 파라미터중 설정값에 영향받지 않는 파라미터를 정수로 하고, 설정값에 영향받는 파라미터를 변수로 한 이익의 평가함수를 정하는 과정, 상기 직기(33)를 운전하고, 모니터시간(T)에 있어서의 설정값에 영향받는 파라미터를 수집하는 과정, 상기 과정에서 수집한 설정값에 영향받는 파라미터를 상기 평가함수에 대입하여, 평가 함수값을 구하는 과정과, 상기 예비시험의 과정에서 구한 평가함수값과 상기 과정에서 구한 평가 함수값과를 각각 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 따라서 그후의 설정값을 구하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직포공장의 이익향상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에서, 공장의 이익의 증감을 좌우하는 파라미터를 정지대회수(si), 정지대시간(ti), 생산외시간(to), 회전수(m), 저력소비량(w) 및 에어소비량(a)으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직포공장의 이익향상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 설정값에 영향받은 파라미터를, 정지대회수(Si), 회전수(m), 전력소비량(w) 및 에어소비량(a)으로 하고, 설정값에 영향받지 않는 파라미터를 정지대시간(ti) 및 생산회시간(to)으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직포공장의 이익향상 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어용 설정값을, 직기(33)의 회전수(m)하는 것을 특징으로 한는 직포공장의 이익향상 제어방법.
