Claims (4)
- 적어도 제어결과로서의 직물의 품질정보, 생산량 및 제직과정에서의 소비에너지의 직포 공장의 이익에 관여하는 항목을 포함하여 이익평가 함수를 미리정하는 과정과, 이 이익평가 함수의 값을 좌우하는 변수의 가운데 제어가능한 변수에 대응하는 제어요소를 조작대상으로 처리하는 과정과, 상기 제어대상의 각 직기마다에 제직중에 이익평가 함수의 값이 최대로 되도록 제어대상을 제어하는 과정과, 로 이루어지는 직기의 최적 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조작대상은, 직기의 회전수, 위입용 유체의 분사압력, 및 직기의 회전수와 위입용 유체의 분사압력을 조합시키는 범위내에서 선택할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 최적 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직물의 품질정보, 생산량 및 제직과정에서의 소비에너지의 항목에 미리 설정된 중량을 부여하여 이익평가 함수를 정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 최적 제어방법.
- 제어대상의 직기의 가동상태에서 여유가 있는 때에, 당해 직기의 회전수를 자동적으로 올려 생산량을 높이도록한 제어방법에 있어서, 단위당의 직기의 정지횟수, 직물의 품질정보 및 직기의 소비에너지의 가운데 적어도 어느 하나를 제어 파라미터로 하여 사용하고, 이 제어 파라미터의 값이 기준치를 넘었을 때에, 직기의 회전을 올리는 제어 과정이 중단되게 한 것을 특징하는 직기의 최적 제어방법.
