Description
Claims (4)
- 실린더와, 바깥둘레면에 소정의 피치로 형성한 나선홈에 출입자유롭게 끼워 넣어진 블레이드를 갖고, 동시에 양단부의 축부가 축받이구에 의해 각각 지지되고 상기 실린더와 함께 상대적으로 회전하는 상기 실린더에 편심배치된 피스톤을 구비하고, 상기 실린더 내부둘레면과 상기 피스톤의 바깥둘레면의 공간이 상기 블레이드에 의해 복수의 작동실로 구획형성되는 유체압축기에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 양단부에 설치한 상기 축부는 각각 상하로 위치하여 축받이구에 의해 지지됨과 동시에 유체압축기의 동작중에 하측에 배치된 상기 축받이구에 위를 향한 스러스트력이 작용하도록 상기 하측의 축부의 직경(D2)을 소정의 관계로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 상기 축받이구에 작용하는 위를 향한 스러스트력이, 유체압축기의 정지상태에서 아래에 위치하는 상기 축부를 통하여 받는 상기 피스톤의 중량을 포함하는 중량총계와 거의 같거나 또는 조금 많아지도록 상기 아래측의 측부의 직경(D1)과 상기 아래측의 축부의 직경(D2)을 소정의 관례로 설정한 것과, 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 나선홈의 피치는 상기 피스톤의 하단부에서 상단부로 향함에 따라서 작아지도록 형성되며, 상기 실린더 내부직경(Dc)으로 했을때에 D12+D22〉Dc2을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 나선홈의 피치는 상기 피스톤의 중앙부를 경계로 하여 상하에 한쌍 형성되고, 상기 아래측의 축부의 직경을 "D1", 상기 아래측의 축부의 직경을 "D2"로 했을때에 D1D2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
