Claims (3)
- 종방향으로 배치된 실린더와, 이 실린더 내에 편심배치되고 그 외주면에 하부측으로부터 상부측에 걸쳐서 서서히 작아지는 피치로 형성된 나선형 홈이 설치되어 이 나선형 홈에 출입이 자유롭게 끼워진 블레이드를 갖는 동시에 상하 양단부의 축부가 축받이에 의해 각각 지지되어 상기 실린더와 함께 상대적으로 회전하는 피스톤을 구비하여, 상기 실린더의 내주면과 상기 피스톤의 외주면으로 이루어진 공간을 상기 블레이드에 의해 복수의 작동실로 구획하여 실린더 내로 흡입된 피압축유체를 이송하면서 압축하는 유체압축기에 있어서, 상기 실린더 및 피스톤의 회전 중에 피스톤에 상방향의 스러스트력이 작용하고, 상기 스러스트력이 정지상태에서 하측의 축받이에 걸리는 피스톤의 중량을 포함한 중량총계와 거의 같아지거나 약간 크게 되도록, 피스톤의 하부 축부의 직경 øD1과 상부 축부의 직경 øD2의 크기를 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더의 내부직경을 øDc로 했을 때, øD12-øD22øDc2의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
- 종방향으로 배치된 실린더와, 이 실린더 내에 편심배치되고, 그 외주면에 중앙부로부터 상하 양측에 걸쳐서 서서히 작아지는 피치로 형성된 나선형홈이 설치되어, 이 나선홈에 출입자유롭게 끼워진 블레이드를 갖는 동시에 상하 양단부의 축부가 축받이에 의해 각각 지지되어 실린더와 함께 상대적으로 회전하는 피스톤을 구비하여, 상기 실린더의 내주면과 상기 피스톤의 외주면으로 이루어진 공간을 상기 블레이드에 의해 복수의 작동실로 구획하여 실린더 내에 흡입된 피압축가스를 이송하면서 압축하는 유체압축기에 있어서, 상기 실린더 및 피스톤의 회전 중에 피스톤에 상방향의 스러스트력이 작용하고, 상기 스러스트력이 정지상태에서 하측의 축받이에 걸리는 피스톤의 중량을 포함한 중량총계와 거의 같아지거나 약간크게 되도록, 피스톤의 하부 축부의 직경 øD3와 상부 축부의 직경 øD4의 크기를 øD3øD4로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압축기.
