Abstract

(A) 종방향 영율이 400~600kg/㎟이고 횡방향 영율이 1,200kg/㎟이상이며, 횡방향 영율에 대한 종방향 영율의 비가 2.5 이상이고, (B) 105℃에서 30분간 무하중하에 열처리한 후의 열수축율이 1% 이하이고, (C) 표면조도(Ra)가 0.005~0.010㎛인 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실레이트의 이축배향 종장 필름.
상기 필름은 장시간 기록 및 재생이 가능한 자기테이프용 베이스 필름으로서 유용하다.

Claims (10)

  1. (A) 종방향 영율이 400~600kg/㎟이고 횡방향 영율이 1,200kg/㎟ 이상이며, 횡방향 영율에 대한 종방향 영율의 비가 2.5 이상이고, (B) 105℃에서 30분간 무하중하에 열처리한 후의 열수축율이 1% 이하이고, (C) 표면조도(Ra)가 0.005~0.010㎛인 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실레이트의 이축배향 종장 필름.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 종방향 영율이 400~570kg/㎟인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 종방향 영율이 400~540kg/㎟인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 횡방향 영율이 1,300kg/㎟ 이상인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 횡방향 영율이 1,500kg/㎟ 이상인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 횡방향 영율대 종방향 영율의 비가 3 이상인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 면배향도가 0.25 이하인 이축배향 종장 필름.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 두께가 4~10㎛인 이축배향 종장 필름.
