Claims (9)
- 피절삭물을 절삭하기 위한 절삭날(21,31)과 절삭 기계의 소정 위치에서 부착시키기 위한 생크(22,32)를 구비하고, 절삭날(21,32)이 생크(22,32)와 분리 가능하게 기계적으로 접합된 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 탄화규소 위스커 강화 알루미늄 소결체로 형성되며, 상기 생크(22,32)는 강철로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 위스커 강화 알루미늄 소결체가 탄화규소 위스커(아스펙트비 3 내지 200)를 3.0 내지 40용량% 포함하는 알루미늄 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화 규소 위스커 강화 알루미늄 소결체가 티탄의 탄화물, 질화물, 탄질화물, 탄산화물 또는 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 위스커 강화 알루미늄 소결체가 ZrO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 위스커 강화 알루미늄 소결체가, MgO, NiO 및 Y2O3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생크부(22,32)를 구성하는 강철이 SCM재 또는 SKS재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)과 상기 생크(22,32)는 각각 서로 끼워맞추어지는 부분을 가지고, 상기 절삭날(21,31) 또는 상기 생크(22,32)의 적어도 하나에 슬릿(34)이 형성되고, 슬릿(34)의 대향면이 서로 이동해서 탄성 변형으로 생기는 탄성력으로 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 상기 생크(22,32)에 끼워맞추어져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)과 상기 생크(22,32)는 서로 끼워맞추어지는 부분이 있고, 서로 끼워맞추어지는 부분은 상기 절삭날(21,31)에 형성된 피협지부(31a)와, 피협지부(31a)의 좌우 양측의 피협지면을 협지하는 생크(22,32)의 협지부(33a,33b)로 형성되며, 상기 피협지부(31a)의 양측의 피협지면과 상기 협지부(33a,33b)의 대향 협지면과의 쌍방 혹은 어느 한편에 테이퍼 형성되고, 상기 테이퍼의 각도는 상기 절삭날(21,31)과 상기 생크(22,32)가 끼워맞추어지는 상태에서 상기 협지면과 상기 피협지면이 접촉하여 압입 상태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 나사로 고정되어 상기 생크(22,32)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
