Claims (3)
- 입력단자에 접속된 소스·폴로워의 전계효과 트랜지스터와, 그 전계효과 트랜지스터의 소스측에 접속되어 일정한 소스전류를 흐르게 하기 위한 정전류원과, 그 정전류원에 출력단을 상기 전계효과 트랜지스터의 소스에 입력단을 접속되어 인가되는 제어전압의 크기에 따라 저항을 변화하는 전압가변저항소자와, 그 전압가변항소자의 출력단의 전압신호가 공급되는 출력측 트랜지스터와, 그 출력측 트랜지스터의 출력검출전압과, 상기 입력단자의 입력검출전압과의 오차를 상기 전압가변저항소자에의 제어전압으로서 인가하는 전압제어수단을 구비하여 상기 입력 검출전압과 출력 검출전압이 거의 같아지도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압가변 저항소자의 출력단의 전압신호를 증폭하여 상기 출력측 트랜지스터에 가하는 가변이득 증폭기와, 상기 출력측 트랜지스터의 출력검출 전압의 레벨을 상기 가변이득증폭기의 이득의 전환과 연동하여 조정하는 출력전압 조정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 증폭기.
- 제1항또는 제2항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 입력 검출전압은 상기 전계효과 트랜지스터의 입력단에 접속된 분압기에 의하여 생성되고, 상기 출력 검출전압은 상기 출력측 트랜지스터의 출력단에 접속된 분압저항에 의하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 증폭기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
