Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 기재를 덮기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 기재상에 복원성 탄성중합체성 슬리브 수단과 맨드릴 수단을 구비하는 조립체를 배치하되, 상기 슬리브 수단에 장력을 가하여 그것을 상기 맨드릴 수단 상에서 팽창상태로 장착시킴으로써, 장력의 해제시 슬리브수단이 보다 작은 단면 치수를 취하여 상기 공작물을 밀폐 및 보호할 수 있도록 되고, 상기 맨그릴 수단은 대체로 관의 형상으로서 반경방향 외향으로 연장되는 일련의 이격지고 거의 종방향의 돌출부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 슬리브 수단은 상기 종방향 돌출부와 거의 접촉상태로 존재하게 되는 단계와; 슬리브 수단이 기재상의 적소에 유지되는 동안 상기 슬리브 수단으로부터 상기 맨드릴 수단을 종방향 외향으로 활주시킴으로써 상기 맨드릴 수단을 상기 슬리브 수단으로부터 수축시키되, 상기 맨드릴수단이 접차적으로 수축할 때 상기 슬리브 수단이 상기 기재를 밀폐하기 위하여 보다 작은 단면 치수를 점차 취할 수 있도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조립체를 기재상에 배치하는 상기 단계는 상기 조립체를 준비된 고전압 종단부 상측에 배치하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브수단에는 복수개의 이격지고 일체로 형성되어 있는 비막이 지붕이 형성되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 수단은 맨드릴에 굽힘력이 가해졌을때 그것을 2개의 관형 세그먼트로 분할할 수 있는 대체로 환상의 횡방향 인열선을 갖는 맨드릴이 형성되어 있으며, 맨드릴을 수축시키는 상기 단계는 상기 맨드릴을 절곡시킴으로써 그것을 2개의 관형 세그먼트로 분할하고 각 세그먼트를 수축시킴으로써 상기 슬리브의 중간부분이 우선 보다 작은 단면치수를 점차 취할 수 있게 하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 조립체를 기재상측에 배치하는 상기 단계는 상기 조립체를 고전압 케이블 접속부상측에 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 수단은 상기 종방향 돌출부 사이에 배치되는 윤활유를 구비하고, 조립체를 기재상측에 배치하는 상기 단계는 상기 슬리브수단을 상기 맨드릴 수단 중심으로 비틀어서 상기 윤활유가 상기 슬리브수단의 내측표면과 상기 돌출부사이에 흐를 수 있도록 하는 예비단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 수단은 그것을 상기 맨드릴 수단상에 장착하였을때 상기 슬리브 수단의 몸체상측에서 후방으로 절첩되는 연속성 말단 세그먼트를 구비하며, 슬리브수단으로부터 맨드릴 수단을 수축시키는 상기 단계는 상기 슬리브수단을 상기 기재의 중앙의 주세그먼트상에서 복원시키고, 상기 슬리브수단의 말단 세그먼트를 펼침으로써 상기 기재의 인접 말단세그먼트론 덮게하는 추가 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 수단은 적어도 하나의 종방향 분리선을 구비하고, 상기 맨드릴을 상기 분리 선 수단을 따라 분리시키는 추가단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 기재를 덮기 위한 복원성 탄성중합체성 슬리브수단과, 상기 슬리브수단이 팽창상태로 상부에 장착되고 해체시 상기 슬리브수단이 보다 작은 단면치수를 취함으로써 상기 기재를 덮을 수 있게 된 맨드릴 수단을 포함하는 기재 밀폐용 조립체로서, 상기 맨드릴 수단은 대체로 관의 형상을 갖고 있고 그것으로부터 반경방향 외향으로 연장되는 일련의 이격지고 대체로 종방향의 돌출부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 슬리브수단은 상기 종방향 돌출부와 대체로 접촉상태로 존재하는 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 돌출부는 상기 맨드릴 수단의 대체로 관형의 외측표면으로부터 반경방향 외향으로 연장되는 리브를 포함하고, 상기 슬리브수단은 상기 리브와 대체로 접촉상태로 존재하는 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 리브사이의 대체로 관형의 외측표면에 형성되는 일련의 종방향 골과, 상기 슬리브 수단을 상기 맨드릴 수단에 대해 윤활시키기 위하여 상기 골내에 수납되는 슬리브 윤활수단을 추가로 포함하는 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 윤활수단은 실리콘계 또는 플루오로실리콘계 윤활유를 포함하는 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 수단내에 형성되는 횡방향 절개선을 추가로 포함하여, 그것이 상기 절개선을 따라 2개의 세그먼트로 분할될 수 있게 함으로써 상기 슬리브 수단의 해제 및 복원을 촉진하여 상기 기재를 밀폐시킬수 있게 된 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 케이블 접속부인 조립체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 케이블 종단부인 조립체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 수단은 고전압 종단부용으로서, 그것의 일부로서 일체적으로 형성된 복수 개의 비막이 지붕을 포함하는 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 수단은 응력 제어물질로 이루어진 내측층을 갖는 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 수단은 적어도 하나의 종방향 분리선 수단을 구비하여, 장기 맨드릴을 상기 분리선 수단을 따라 종방향으로 분할할 수 있게 된 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 수단은 그것이 상기 맨드릴 수단상에서 팽창 상태로 장착되어 있는 동안 상기 슬리브수단의 인접 외측벽 세그먼트에 대항하여 후방으로 절첩되는 연속성 말단 세그먼트를 구비하고, 상기 말단 세그먼트는 상기 슬리브수단을 상기 기재상에서 상기 맨드릴 수단으로부터 해제할때 펴져서 상기 기재의 대응 인접 말단 세그먼트를 덮을 수 있도록 된 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
