Claims (16)
- A. 막표면에 수직인 이방성을 갖는 것으로서, (ⅰ) 500옹스트롬 이하의 자구 크기를 갖는 다수의 강자성 자구를 구비하고 (ⅱ) 두께가 약 5나노메타 이상인 자화가능한 비결정막과, B. A항의 막중 최소한 한단면을 덮는 것으로, 두께가 약 30 내지 200 나노메타이고, 굴절율이 약 1.2 이상인 최소한 하나의 투명 유전층과, C. A항의 막이나 B항의 투명유전층중 한쪽을 덮는 반사면을 가진 기판을 구비하며, 자화 가능한 비결정막과 투명 유전층의 상대 두께는 유전층이 없는 동일한 기록 매체의 경우보다 큰 자기 광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되며, 상기 기록매체의 30킬로 헤르쯔 대역폭에서 측정된 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47 데시벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 비결정 자기 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반사면이 기판상의 반사금속층에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 광학 회전각이 1도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, A항의 막이 최소한 하나의 희토류 원소와 최소한 하나의 전이 금속과의 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, A항의 막이 약 1원자 백분비 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, A항의 막이 가돌리늄-테르븀-철, 테르븀-철, 테르븀-철-코발트 합금들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 합금으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명유전층이 A항의 자화가능한 비결정막과 반사층 사이에 위치되고, A항의 자화 가능한 비결정막의 상부에 투명한 표면안정화층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 반대편에 있는 매체의 면을 덮는 투명 보호 덮개층을 아울러 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- A. 막표면에 수직인 자기 이방성을 갖는 것으로서, (ⅰ) 500옹스트롬 이하의 자구 크기를 갖는 다수의 강자성 자구를 구비하고 (ⅱ) 두께가 약 5나노메타 이상인 자화가능한 비결정막과, B. A항의 막중 한면을 덮는 것으로서, 두께가 약 30 내지 200 나노메타이고, 굴절율이 약 1.2 이상이며, 자화가능한 비결정막의 어느 한면에 위치되는 투명 유전층과, C. A항의 막이나 B항의 투명유전층중 한쪽을 덮는 반사층과, D. 투명보호 덮개 재료로 구성되어 반사층 반대편에 있는 매체의 면을 덮는 기판을 구비하며, 자화가능한 비결정막과 투명 유전층의 상대 두께는 유전층이 없는 동일한 기록 매체의 경우보다 큰 자기 광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되고 상기 기록매체의 30킬로 헤르쯔 대역폭에서 측정된 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47 데시벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 비결정 자기광학 기록매체.

A항의 막 반대편에 있는 B항의 층이나 C항의 층중 어느 한쪽상에 놓인 기판과, E. 기판의 연마된 표면이나 A항의 막 반대편에 있는 B항의 층중 한면상에 놓인 반사금속의 분리된 반사층일 수 있는 반사면을 구비하며, 중간층, 자화가능한 비결정막 및 비반사층의 상대 두께는 중간층이나 비반사층이 없는 기록 매체의 경우보다 큰 자기 광학 회전각을 갖게끔 선택되며, 상기 기록매체의 30킬로 헤르쯔에서 측정된 캐리어 대 잡음비가 최소한 47데시벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 비결정 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 자기광학 회전각이 1도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, A항의 막이 최소한 하나의 희토류 원소와 하나의 전이 금속과의 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제12항에 있어서, A항의 막이 약 1원자 백분비 이하의 산소농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 기판이 B항의 층의 한면상에 놓이고, 비반사층을 덮는 투명보호층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 기판이 비반사층을 덮는 투명보호 재료로 구성되며, 반사면이 자화가능한 비결정막의 반대편에 있는 면상의 B항의 중간층 상에 놓이는 반사금속층인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제15항에 따른 매체를 두개 구비하되, 보호기판들이 외부로 향하도록 함께 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중면 자기광학 기록매체.
