Claims (5)
- 다수의 강철 필라멘트, 및 상기 강철 필라멘트들 사이의 간극내에 분산되어 있는 80 내지 약 160℃범위의 융점을 갖는 신디오택틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 개선된 내피로성 및 내식성을 갖는 고무제품 강화용 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신디오택틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔이 약 90내지 약 125℃의 융점을 가지며, 강철 필라멘트들을 필수적으로 알파-황동 구조를 갖는 황동으로 도금시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 제1항의 케이블로 강화된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- (1) 6(a) 약 90내지 약 120℃범위의 융점을 갖는 신디오텍틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔 수지를 상기 신디오택틱-1,2-폴리 부타디엔의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 스펀 단일 필라멘트로 압출시키고, (b)상기 스펀 단일 필라멘트를 약 10내지 약 50℃범위의 온도에서 최소한 약 3:1의 인발비율로 인발시킴으로써 제조된 신디오택틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔 단일 필라멘트를 다수의 황동-도금 강철 필라멘트와 함께 강철 필라멘트들 사이에 간극을 갖는 케이블 구조물로 케이블링(cabling)시키는 단계, 및 이어서, (2)신디오택틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔을 용융시켜 상기 강철 필라멘트들 사이의 간극 전체에 고루 분산시키는 데 충분한 시간동안 상기 케이블 구조물을 신디오택틱-1,2-폴리 부타디엔의 융점보다 높은 온도로 가열하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 개선된 내피로성 및 내식성을 갖는 고무제품 강화용 케이블을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계를, 케이블을 사용하여 강화시키는 고무제품을 경화시킴과 동시에 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
