발수발유성피막 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 제조공정을 설명하기 위한 단면개념도, 제2도는 동분자레벨의 확대단면도, 제3도는 동 분자제벨의 확대단면도이며 제4도의 A부의 분자레벨의 확대단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 피막을 설명하기 위한 단면개념도, 제5도는 본 발명의 실시예 2의 제조공정을 설명하기 위한 단면개념도.

Claims (23)

  1. 기재의 표면에 형성된 발수발유성피막으로서, 상기 피막은 10㎜를 넘는 오목볼록을 가진 화학흡착막이며, 또한 상기 화학흡착막은 기재표면과 직접 또는 간접적으로 공유결합하고 있는 동시에, 상기 화학흡착막은 불화탄소기 및 실록산기를분자내에 함유한 단분자막 또는 폴리머막으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성 피막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 10㎚를 넘은 오목볼록이 기재자체의 표면에 형성된 오목볼록, 기재표면에 형성된 입자형상물에 의한 오목볼록, 및 화학흡착막의 내부에 존재하는 입자 형상물에 의한 오목볼록으로터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수 발유성피막.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기재표면에 형성된 입자형성물에 의한 오목볼록, 및 화학흡착막의 내부에 존재하는 입자형상물이 친수성미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 친수성미립자와, 불화탄소기 및 실록산기를 분자내에 함유한 폴리머가 공유 결합해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 오목볼록한 화합흡착막이 -SiO- 또는 SiN-결합에 의해 기재표면과 공유결합해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기체표면에 폴리실록산 박막 또는 실록산 화학흡착단 분자막이 형성되고, 그위에 오목볼록을 가진 박막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 기재표면의 오목볼록이 미립자 및/또는 실리케이트 유리를 혼합하여 도포한 서브미크론 내지 미크론정도의 오목볼록한 층과, 불화탄소기 및 실록산기를 함유한 폴리머막층 또는 화학흡착단부자막층으로 형성되고, 상기 오목볼록한 층과 단부자막이 실록산결합에 의해서 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 기재가 유리, 세라믹, 금속, 플라스틱, 목재, 석재, 반도체로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 기재표면의 오목볼록이 가시광의 파장미만레벨의 오목볼록형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 기재가 플라스틱필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 조면처리한 필름표면의 오목볼록이 거칠기가 0.3㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막.
  12. 기재표면에 오목볼록을 작성하는 공정과, 불화탄소기 및 클로로실란기를 함유한 물질을 혼합한 비수계의 용매를 도포하는 공정, 또는 불화탄소기 및 알콕시실란기를 함유한 물질을 혼합한 용매를 도포하는 공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 기재의 표면에 발수발유성피막을 형성하는 방법으로서 하기 A~D공정으로 적어도 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
    [A]활성수소기를 가진 기재의 표면에 오목볼록을 작성하거나 기재의 표면에 오목볼록을 형성한 후 기재표면에 활성수소기를 부여하는 공정.
    [B]상기 내층막의 표면에 일단부에 실릴기를 가지고 다른 일단부에 직쇄형상불화탄소기를 함유한 불화실릴계 화합흡착제를 접촉시켜 탈염화수소 또는 탈알콕실반응에 의해 상기 화합흡착제를 상기 기재표면에 흡착시키는 공정.
    [C]비수계 유기용액을 사용해서 미반응화합흡착제를 세정제거하거나 또는 하지않고 물과 반응시켜 외층막을 형성하는 공정.
    [D]건조, 또는 가열처리하는 공정.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 기재의 표면에 발수발유성 피막을 형성하는 방법으로서 하기 a~f공정으로 적어도 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
    [a]활성수소기를 가진 기재의 표면에 오목볼록을 작성하거나, 기재표면에 오목볼록을 형성한 후, 기재표면에 활성수소기를 부여하는 공정.
    [b]클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 화학흡착제를 혼합한 비수계용매에 상기 기재표면을 접촉시켜 탈염화수소 반응에 의해 상기 화학흡착제를 상기 기재표면에 흡착시키는 공정.
    [c]비수계유기용액을 사용해서 미반응 화학흡착제를 세정제거하거나, 또는 하지 않고 물과 반응시켜 내층막을 형성하는 공정.
    [d]상기 내층막의 표면에 일단부에 실릴기를 가지고, 다른 일단부에 직쇄 형상불화탄소기를 함유한 불화실릴계 화학흡착제를 접촉시켜 탈염화수소 또는 탈알콕실반응에 의해 상기 화학흡착제를 상기 기재표면에 흡착시키는 공정.
    [e]비수계유기용액을 사용해서 미반응화학흡착제를 세정제거하거나 또는 하지 않고 물과 반응시켜 외층막을 형성하는 공정.
    [f]건조, 또는 가열처리하는 공정.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 표면에 오목볼록을 작성하는 수단이, 미립자 및 실리케이트 유리를 혼합하여 기재표면에 도포한 후 기재와 함께 가열베이킹을 행하는 방법, 전해에칭법, 화학에칭법, 샌드블라스트법, 스퍼터링법, 미립자형상물의 증착, 또는 러빙법으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  16. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 실란계 화학흡착제가 일단붸 클로로실란기(-SiCℓnX1-n기, n=1~3으로부터 선태되는 정수, X는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕실기로부터 선택되는 1개의 관능기)인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  17. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 실란계 화학흡착제가 CF3-(CF2)n-T-SiYpCℓ3-p(단 n은 0또는 1~25의 정수, T는 알킬기, 에틸렌기, 아세틸렌기, 또는 Si, 산소원자를 함유한 치환기, Y는 H 또는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기 또는 이들의 유도체로부터 선택되는 치환기, p는 0,1 또는 2) 또는 CF3-(CF2)n-T-SiZg(OA)3-g(단 n은 0또는 정수, T는 알킬기, 에틸렌기, 아세틸렌기, 또는 Si, 산소원자를 함유한 치환기, Z는 H 또는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기 또는 이들의 유도체로부터 선택되는 치환기, OA는 알콕시기(단 A는 H 또는 알킬기), g는 0, 1 또는 2)로부터 선택된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질이 SiCℓ4, SiHCℓ3, SiH2Cℓ2, 또는 Cℓ-(SiCℓ2O)n-SiCℓ3(n은 1~10의 정수)로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 표면에 수산기를 함유한 기체로서, 미리 표면을 산소를 함유한 플라즈마분위기에서 처리하여 친수성화한 플라스틱을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  20. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 기재표면의 활성수소기가 수신기, 아미노기, 이미노기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  21. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 실란계 화학흡착제를 함유한 비수계의 용매중에, 가교제로서 SiPSCℓ1-S(단 P는 H또는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕실기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 치환기, S는 0 또는 1 또는 2) 또는 SiQt(OA)4-t(Q는 H또는 저급알킬기, 저급알콕실기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 치환기, OA는 알콕실기(단 A는 H또는 저급알킬기, t는 0 또는 1 또는 2)를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  22. 표면에 활성수소기를 함유한 기재를 준비하고 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질을 혼합한 비수계용매에 접촉시켜 상기 기재표면의 활성수소기와 상기 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질의 클로로실릴기를 반응시켜서 상기 물질을 상기 기재표면에 도포하는 공정과, 불화탄소기 및 클로로실란기를 함유한 화학흡착제와 표면이 친수성인 미립자를 혼합한 비수계의 용매를 도포하는 공정 또는 불화탄소기 및 알콕시실란기를 함유한 물질과 표면이 친수성인 미립자를 혼합한 용매를 도포하는 공정과, 기재와 함께 가열베이킹을 행하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
  23. 표면에 활성수소기를 함유한 기재를 준비하고, 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질을 혼합한 비수계용매에 접촉시켜서 상기 기재표면의 활성수소기와 상기 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질의 클로로실릴기를 반응시켜 상기 물질을 상기 기재표면에 흡착시키는 공정과, 비수계 유기용매를 사용하여 상기 기재상에 남은 미반응물을 세정제거하거나 또는 하지 않고, 상기 기재상에 클로로실릴기를 복수개 함유한 물질로 이루어진 화학흡착단분자막 또는 폴리머막을 형성하는 공정과, 불화탄소기와 실릴기를 함유한 화학흡착제와 표면이 친수성인 미립자를 혼합한 비수계의 용매를 도포하는 공정과, 기재와 함께 가열베이킹을 행하는 공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 발수발유성피막의 제조방법.
