Claims (3)
- 6가 크롬이온 3.0∼50.0g/ℓ와 3가 크롬이온 2.0∼40.0g/ℓ와, 인산이온 1.0∼100g/ℓ와, 전체 크롬이온에 대한 중량비로 0.1∼1.2의 실리카졸와, 6가 크롬이온농도에 대한 몰비로 0.05∼0.3이 되는 실란커플링제로 이루어지고, 3가/6가 크롬이온중량비가 0.25∼1.5이고, 또 전체크롬이온에 대한 인산이온의 중량비가 0.1∼1.2인 크로메이트액(단, 3가 크롬 및 6가 크롬이온의 양은 실란커플링제 배합전의 값으로 표시)의 아연계 도금강판표면에 도포하고, 건조해서, 그 표면에 크롬부착량이 10∼150㎎/㎡의 크로메이트피막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몰계통크로메이트액에 함유하는 실란커플링제는 하기 일반식〔I〕및 〔2〕로 표시되는 것으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트처리방법.일반식 〔I〕(YR)m SiXn〔2〕Ym SiXn단 m+n=4 또는 n은 1∼3R……알킬기X……메톡시기 또는 에톡시기Y……비닐기, 메트갑토기 글리시독시기 또는 메타크릴록시기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크로메이트액의 아연도금강판에 도포한 후의 건조를, 상기 도금강판의 판온도 70∼200℃에서 5∼30초간 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금강판의 크로메이트처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
