Claims (5)
- 7-50g/l의 크롬성분중 3가크롬의 성분비가 0.4-0.8의 크롬수용액과 상기 수용액의 크롬에 대해 50-80w의 인산, 20-40w의 불산, 300-2000w의 콜로아달 실리카 및 5-15w의 황산을 함유한 주제용액과 pH가 2-3으로 조절된 경화제용액으로 구성되고, 상기 경화제용액을 주제용액에 대해 20-60W로 혼합하여 이루어진 자동차연료탱크용 크로메이트 용액에 있어서,상기 경화제 용액은 2-10w의 글리시딜계 실레인 수용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료탱크용 크로메이트 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주제 용액에 25-40w의 인산나트륨을 첨가하여 충분히 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료탱크용 크로메이트 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제 용액의 pH는 인산으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료탱크용 크로메이트 용액,
- 본 발명의 도금강판 소재에 크로메이트 용액을 도포하여 크로메이트 처리 강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,,도금강판 소재에 상기 크로메이트 용액을 건조 피막 부착량 기준으로 30-150mg/㎡로 도포한후 140-250℃의 강판온도에서 소부시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공후 내식성 및 내연료성이 우수한 연료탱크용 크로메이트 처리 용융아연 도금강판의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도금강판 소재는 용융아연 도금강판임을 특징으로 하는 가공후 내식성 및 내연료성이 우수한 연료탱크용 크로메이트 처리 용융아연 도금강판의 제조 방법.
