Claims (4)
- 수성 처리 액체의 여과시 여과지를 사용하는 동안, 카운터(counter)적극을 처리 액체(process liquid)와 접촉하도록 배열시켜 여과지, 처리 액체 및 카운터 전극이 함께 전기화학적 셀을 구성하도록 한 다음, 여과지와 카운터 전극사이에 전위차를 주기적으로 공급하여 전기분해시킴으로써 여과지에서 기체 생성물을 발생시켜 여과지를 세정하는 방법을 포함하는 전기 전도성 다공성 여과지의 세정방법에 있어서, 카운터 전극이 크롬 함량이 낮은 스테인레스 스틸을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 카운터 전극이 크롬 성분 5 내지 12중량%를 함유하는 스테인레스 스틸을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 크롬 함량이 9중량%인 방법.
- 액체를 기공 크기가 0.1 내지 10마이크론인 전기전도성 다공성 미세여과막을 통해 여과하여 막의 상부표면상에 불순물층을 생성시킨 다음, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 사용하여 일정 간격으로 막을 세정함으로써 여과율을 증진시키는 한편, 직경이 0.1마이크론 미만인 미세입자가 막을 통과하지 못하도록 함을 포함하여, 액체를 한외여과하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
