Claims (1)
- 합성수지제 기판의 표면에, 그 표면으로부터 순서대로 제1층, 제2층, 제3층 및 제4층의 4층구조로 형성된 합성수지제 광학부품의 반사방지막에 있어서, λ=400~700nm에서, 제1층은 광학적 막두께 0.06~0.125λ의 SiO로 되고, 제2층은 광학적 막두께 0.043~0.125λ의 SiO2로 되고, 제3층은 광학적 막두께 0.06~0.625λ의 CeO2로 되고, 제4층은 광학적 막두께 0.165~0.34λ의 SiO2로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 광학부품의 반사방지막.
