Claims (18)
- (a)수경시멘트; (b)알칼리에 안정하며 필름을 형성하는, 우레이도-작용기 함유 합성 중합체 라텍스; (c)액체에폭시; 및 (d)물에 분산 내지 용해가능한 아미-작용기 에폭시 경화제를 포함하여 구성되는, 향상된 화학적 내성을 갖는 중합체-개질 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수경시멘트가 포트랜드 시멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 나트륨이온-함유 수경시멘트 촉진제들로부터 선택된 촉진제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수경시멘트가 포트랜드시멘트 Ⅲ형인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수경시멘트가 포트랜드 시멘트 I형인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉진제가 탄산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉진제가 수산화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체 라텍스가 80wt% 이상의 중합가능한 (메트)아크릴계 단량체들을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 중합된 아크릴 중합체 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체 라텍스가 라텍스고형분 100g당 0.002-0.006몰의 우레이도 작용기 단량체를 포함하는 단량체들로부터 중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 우레이도 작용기 단량체가 (메트)아클릴계 단량체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수경시멘트에 대한 유기물질의 중량비가 0.1-0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 라텍스의 유리전이온도가 0-30℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민-작용기 에폭시경화제의 아민기에 대한 액체에폭시 수지의 에폭시기의 몰비가 0.8-1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 라텍스고형분 : 액체에폭시 수지+아민-작용기 에폭시 경화제의 중량비가 60:40-75:25인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민-작용기 실란을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 조성물.
- (a)알칼리에 안정하며 필름을 형성하는, 우레이도-작용기 함유 합성중합체 라텍스; 및 (b)물에 분산내지 용해 가능한 아민-작용기 에폭시 경화제로 구성되는, 포트랜드 시멘트 콘크리트 코팅 또는 오버레이에 사용되는 중합체-개질 수경시멘트 조성물 제조용 경화가능한 라텍스 조성물.
- (1)수경시멘트; 및 액체 에폭시수지를 포함하는 제1성분; 및 (2)알칼리에 안정하며 필름을 형성하는, 우레이도-작용기 함유 합성 중합체 라텍스; 및 물에 분산 내지 용해 가능한 아민-작용기 에폭시 경화제를 포함하는 제2성분으로 구성되는, 포트랜드 시멘트 콘트리트 코팅 또는 오버레이에 사용되는 중합체-개질 코팅 조성물 제조용 2-성분 조성물.
- (1)포트랜드 시멘트 콘크리트표면에, (a)수경시멘트; (b)알칼리에 안정하며 필름을 형성하는, 우레이도-작용기 함유 합성중합체 라텍스; (c)액체 에폭시 수지; 및 (d)물에 분산 내지 용해 가능한 아민-작용기 에폭시 경화제를 포함하여 구성된 유체 코팅 조성물을 적용하고; (2)그조성물을 경화시켜 보호 코팅을 형성함을 특징으로하는, 포트랜드 시멘트 콘크리트 표면의 보호방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
