제2도는 표준 페페민트 오일(A)와 본 발명의 분류시킨 민트오일(B+C)를 구성된 동일한 세개의 껌 조성물들의 시간에 따른 테이스트 판넬로 표현되는 전체적인 좋은 정도를 비교한 그래프이다.

Claims (22)

  1. a) 조성물의 약 50-약 90wt% 인 껌 베이스, b) 테르펜이 제거된 향유, c) 조성물의 약 0.01-약 3wt%인 강력 감미제, 및 d) 조성물의 약 10-약 4-wt%인 벌킹 에이전트로 구성된 향미의 강도 및 지속성이 증대된 껌베이스의 함량이 높은 저칼로 츄잉껌 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 껌 베이스가 치클, 젤루통, 구타펄카, 크라운껌, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리이소부틸렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 천연 및 합성 탄성중합체와 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVA)로 구성된 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 껌 베이스의 양이 조성물 중량의 약 50%-약 70%인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜이 저거된 오일이 민트 오일인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜이 추출 및 분류 작업에 의해 상기 민트 오일로부터 제거된 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜이 모노테르펜 및 쎄스귀 테르펜으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  7. 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 민트 오일이 페퍼민트, 스피아민트, 콘 민트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 민트 오일이 조성물 중량의 약 0.1%-약 4.0wt% 정도로 존재하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 민트 오일이 조성물 중량의 약 0.3%- 약 3.0 wt% 정도 존재하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 에이전트가 크실로즈, 리보스, 글로코스, 만노스, 갈락토스, 플럭토스, 텍스트로스, 폴리덱스트로스, 셀롤로즈, 스크로즈, 말토스, 부분적으로 가수본해된 전분, 큰 시럽 솔리드, 팔라티니트, 솔비톨, 크실리톨, 만니톨, 말티톨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 에이전트가 조성물 중량의 약 10-약 25 wt% 존재하는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있엇, 상기 강력 감미제가 소듐 또는 칼슘 사카린염, 사카린의 유리- 산 형태, 싸이클라메이트염, 클로수크로즈 유도체, 디펩티드 화합물, 아세술팜- K 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 강력 감미제가 조성물 중량의 약 0.01%- 약 0.06 wt% 존재하는 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 디펩티드 화합물이 L-아스파틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르인 조성물.
  15. a) 용융된 연질 PVA 츄잉껌 베이스를 벌킹 에이전트와 규일한 혼합물이 될때까지 혼합하고, b) 임의의 충진제 및 착색제를 넘어 균일한 혼합물이 될때까지 혼합한뒤, c) 인공 강력 감미제를 넣어 균일하게 될때까지 혼합하고, d) 테르펜이 제거된 향유를 넣어 천천히 혼합하고, e) 균질한 물질이 될때까지 혼합한뒤, f) 결과의 혼합물을 냉각시켜 츄잉껌을 만든뒤 제품을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는 향이 강도 및 지속성이 증대된 베이스 함량이 큰 저칼로리 츄잉껌 조성물의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 연질 PVA 츄잉껌 베이스의 양이 츄잉껌 조성물 중량의 약 50-약 90%이고 강력 인공 감미제의 양이 약 0.01%-약 3.0 wt% 인 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 강력 인공 감미제가 소듐 또는 칼슘 사카린염, 산 사카ㅣ린, 싸이클라메이트염, 트리클로로갈락토수크로즈 및 이의 유도체, 디펩티드 감미제, 아세술팜-K 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 디펩티드 감미제가 L-아스파틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르인 제조방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜이 제거된 향유가 민트 오일인 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜이 추출 및 분류 작용에 의해 상기 향유로부터 제거된 제조방법.
  21. 제15항 또는 20항에 있어서, 향유가 상기 혼합물의 약 0.1%-약 4.0%를 구성하는 제조방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 민트 오일이 페퍼민트, 스피아민트, 콘 민크 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 제조방법.
