Description
Claims (15)
- 모터의 회전을 전동기구를 통해서 구동륜에 전달함으로써 주행하는 전동식 차량에 있어서, 이 전동기구는 상기 모터가 최대효율 근방이 되는 소정회전수의 범위에서만 구동륜측과 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동기구가 자동원심클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동기구가 자동변속기이고, 이 자동변속기는 모터가 최대효율 근방이 되는 소정회전수의 범위를 유지한 상태에서 변속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 차량.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자동변속기가 최대 · 최소의 2가지 비율(ratio)를 가짐과 동시에, 이들 2가지 비율 사이에서 듀티팩터가 100%상태일 때 모터가 최대효율이 되는 고유의 모터회전수를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 차량.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자동변속기가 최대 · 최소의 2가지 비율을 가짐과 동시에, 최대비율에서 적어도 주행저항의 증대분에 상당하는 여유 출력을 얻을 수 있도록, 사용변속영역의 듀티팩터를 100%미만의 소정치에 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 차량.
- 차체에 요동자재케 회전지지된 전동케이스에 구동륜을 회전자재케 지지하고, 이 전동케이스 내에 구동륜과 접속해서 배치된 벨트식 무단변속기와, 전동케이스의 일측부에 배치된 모터 하우징 내에 수용되어 있는 모터를 접속함으로써 상기 구동륜을 회전구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 구동륜의 외측면에 형성된 요부내에 전체가 수용된 것을 특징으로 하는 전당차량용 파워 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모터하우징과 전동케이스가 일체적으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모터의 급전코일은 모터하우징의 측방으로 부터 부착되는 개구부를 덮는 부재측에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모터하우징 내와 전동케이스 내를 연통하는 연통구를 모터하우징과 전동케이스의 경계에 형성함과 동시에, 모터와 벨트식 무단변속기를 공통의 냉각팬에 의해서 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제10항에 있어서, 냉각팬이 벨트식 무단변속기의 구동풀리에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제10항에 있어서, 냉각팬이 모터하우징 내에 연통구에 근접해서 위치함과 동시에 모터의 회전축에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모터하우징의 반변속기측에 일단부가 모터하우징내와 연통하는 덕트를 배치하고, 이 덕트의 타단부를 차체내부공간에 개구시킴과 동시에, 이 덕트로부터 모터하우징내로 강제공냉용의 냉각공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제13항에 있어서, 모터의 급전코드를 덕트내에 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모터의급전코드를 전동케이스를 통과하지 않고 그 외측으로 모터하우징으로부터 직접 끌어낸 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량용 파워유닛.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
