Claims (4)
- 2개의 파이프(5,6; 15,16)를 끝을 맞대어 서로 연결시키기 위한 관 이음매에 있어서, 상기 관 이음매는, 삽입끝을 가지고 있는 숫파이프부재, 끝부분, 밀봉부분 및 비이드부분(7; 17)을 각각 포함하는 말단끝으로부터 증가하는 직경의 3개의 별개의 위치에 의해 형성되는 상기 삽입끝, 이음매 부재에 고착된 암파이프부재, 균일직경의 구멍을 갖는 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)와 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)로부터 평행하게 일체적으로 뻗어 있는 환형칼라(11b), 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)에 고정되어 있으며, 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)를 둘러싸는 소켓부재(2; 12), 말단끝에서 환형플랜지(2a) 개방구멍을 가지며 이에 따라 상기 환형플랜지(2a) 및 이음매(1; 11)부재에 의해 형성된 환형공간(2b; 12b)을 형성하는 상기 소켓부재(2; 12), 및 상기 환형공간(2b; 12b)내에서 자유롭게 이동가능하게 형성된 지지링(3,13), 복수개의 분할편(3a; 13a)을 포함하는 상기 지지링(3; 13), 상기 환형플랜지(2a) 개방구멍의 내부 현수벽에 대하여 맞닿는 지지부분을 가진 각각의 분할편(3a; 13a), 상기 지지부분의 내경에서의 테이퍼면(3b; 13b), 상기 환형칼라(11b)상에 놓여져 삽입되는 스커어트부분(13c), 상기 지지부분(13b)과 상기 스커어트부분(13c)과의 사이의 비이드 맞닿음 표면, 상기 지지링의 확장에 대하여 가요성 저항을 제공하기 위해 상기 지지링(3; 13)을 둘러싸는 탄성밴드(4; 14)로 구성되어 있으며, 여기에서 상기 환형칼라(11b)상에 놓여진 상기 지지링(3; 13)의 상기 스커어트부분(13c)은 상기 지지링(3; 13)을 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)와 동축상에 유지시키고, 이에 따라 상기 숫파이프부재의 수용을 위해 상기 지지링(3; 13)을 중심잡기 하며, 상기 비이드부분(7; 17)은 숫부재가 암부재속으로 삽입됨에 따라 지지링(3; 13)을 반경방향으로 확장시킨 후에 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)의 상기 환형칼라(11b)와 상기 지지링(3;13)의 상기 비이드 맞닿음 표면에 대하여 맞닿는 크기이며, 이에 따라 상기 암파이프부재로부터의 상기 숫파이프부재의 제거가 방지되고 상기 암파이프부재에 대한 상기 숫파이프부재의 상대운동이 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 숫파이프부재의 상기 밀봉부분은 시일링(8a; 18)과 유지링(8b)을 포함하는 적어도 1개의 링(8a)을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 시일링(8a; 18)은 상기 숫파이프부재의 상기 끝부분이 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)의 상기 구멍에 받아들여질 때, 상기 이음매내에서 상기 구멍의 표면과 밀봉접촉을 이루게하는데 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 환형의 축방향 일정간격 홈은 상기 숫부재의 상기 끝에 외부둘레 표면에 형성되어 있으며, 시일링(8a; 18)은 상기 환형홈내에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)는 브레이징에 의해 상기 암파이프부재에 고착되며 상기 소켓부재(2; 12)는 코오킹에 의해 상기 이음매부재(1; 11)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 이음매.
