Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 불포화 지방족을 갖는 화합물 및 최소한 하나의 실리콘-수소 결합을 포함하며 어떤 실리콘 원자에도 최고 세개의 수소원자가 결합하는 화합물을 포함하는 조성물을 백금(Ⅱ)β-디케토네이트 촉매하에서 반응시키는 하이드로실화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 상기 조성물을 화학작용성 방사선에 노출시킴으로서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금착물이 하기식(Ⅰ)의 구조를 갖는 방법.(식에서, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고; R3, R4, R5및 R6는 독립적으로 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 알콕시기이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 불포화 지방족을 갖는 화합물의 당량당 실리콘-수소 결합을 갖는 화합물 0.1내지 10.0당량 및 조성물 총 1,000,000중량부당 약 5내지 약 5000중량부의 백금 촉매를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 지방족을 함유하는 화합물이 하기식(Ⅴ)의 구조를 갖는 폴리유기실옥산인 방법.(식에서, R9는 각각 독립적으로 비할로겐화 또는 할로겐화 에틸렌성 불포화도를 갖는 기, 비할로겐화 또는 할로겐화 알킬기 또는 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, 모든 R9기중 최소한 70%가 메틸기이나, 모든 R9기중 단 10%는 비닐 또는 기타알케닐이고, R9라디칼중 최소한 하나는 비닐 또는 기타 알케닐이고; h는 약 1내지 약 30000인 수치이고; 및 g는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘-수소 결합을 갖는 화합물이 하기식(Ⅸ)의 구조를 갖는 폴리유기히드로실옥산인 방법.(식에서, R11은 각각 독립적으로 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 페닐기, 히드록시알킬기, (폴리알콕시)알킬기, 또는 수소이고 최소한 하나 그러나 모든 R11기의 50%만이 수소이고; m은 0,1,2 또는 3이고; 및 n은 평균값이 약 1내지 약 3000인 수치이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 지방족을 갖는 화합물이 올레핀성 불포화도를 갖는 화합물인 방법.
- (a) 분자당 실리콘에 최소한 하나의 수준원가가 결합되어 있고 어떤 실리콘 원자에도 최고 세개의 수소가 결합되어 있는 실리콘 화합물, (b) 불포화 지방족을 갖는 화합물, 및 (c) 백금(Ⅱ)β-디케토네이트 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 불포화 지방족을 갖는 화합물의 당량당 실리콘-수소 결합을 갖는 화합물 0.1내지 10.0당량 및 조성물 총 1,000,000중량부당 5내지 5000중량부의 백금 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 하기식(Ⅸ)의 구조를 갖는 폴리유기히드로실옥산, (b) 하기식(Ⅴ)의 구조를 갖는 폴리유기실옥산, 및 (c) 하기식(Ⅰ)의 구조를 갖는 백금 촉매를 포함하는 방사선 반응성 조성물.(식에서, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고; R3, R4, R5및 R6는 독립적으로 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 알콕시기이고; R9는 독립적으로 비할로겐화 또는 할로겐화 에틸렌성 불포화도를 갖는 기, 비할로겐화 또는 할로겐화 알킬기 또는 시클로알킬기, 또는 아릴기이고 모든 R9기중 최소한 70%가 메틸기인데 모든 R9기중 단 10%가 비닐이거나 기타 알케닐이고 R9라디칼중 최소한 하나는 비닐이거나 기타 알케닐이고; R11은 독립적으로 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 페닐기, 히드록시알킬기, (폴리알콕시)알킬기 또는 수소이고 최소한 두개의 그러나 모든 R11기중 단 50%만이 수소이며; m은 0,1,2 또는 3이고; n은 평균 값이 약 1내지 약 3000인 수치이며; h는 약 1내지 약 3000인 수치이고; 및 g는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.)
- 최소한 하나의 주표면상에 제8항의 조성물을 피복한후 상기 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 층을 상기 주표면상에 갖는 기질.
- 주표면상에 점착성 및 감압성 접착제층을 갖음과 동시에, 제8항의 조성물을 그 이면상에 피복한 후 상기 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 방출 표면을 상기 이면상에 갖는 지지체를 포함하는 감압성 접착제 테이프.
- 제8항의 조성물을 최소한 하나의 주표면상에 피복한 후 상기 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 실리콘 접착제를 최소한 하나의 상기 주표면상에 갖는 지지체를 포함하는 접착제 테이프.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 접착제가 감압성 접착제인 테이프.
- 제8항의 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 치과용 인상(dental impression).
- 제8항의 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 개스킷
- 제8항의 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 접착제.
- 제8항의 조성물을 화학 작용 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 제조된 상사 코팅.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
