Claims (4)
- 중앙부재 즉 절단 산소 축류덕트를 갖는 절단노즐과 그 종방향 부분의 적어도 일부에 다수의 종방향 리브(11;61)를 구비하는 상류에 가연성 혼합물로 이루어진 환형분배 체임버에 연결된 산소가연성 혼합물용의 다수의 동축덕트(37)와 절단산소 축류덕트를 포함하며, 상기 중앙부재(2;42;51)는 리브와 함께 형성하는 외장(3;64)에 장착되게 되는 절단헤드에 있어서, 절단노즐(2;42;51)의 리브(11;61)는 절단노즐의 상류단부(4;43)에 근접하는 종방향 위치로 상류단부로 연정하며 상기 외장(3;64)은 그 횡단면 크기가 리브(11)용 외장보다 약간작은 내부 공동(27)을 포함하며, 절단노즐은 이 노즐과 외장의 상류단부면(4,25)이 절단 토치본체(30)의 단부(35)용의 밀봉 횡단면을 이루는 동일 횡단평면에 있을때까지 가압 끼워맞춤에 의해 외장과 일체로 만들어지며 그로 인해 리브(11;61)는 중앙부재(2;62;51)과 외장(3;64) 사이의 상류 단부에서 인접하는 2개의 리브에 의해 경계 지워지는 가연성 혼합물로 이루어진 다수의 종방향 덕트(37)에 연결되는 가연성 혼합물로 이루어진 환형 분배체임버(3)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상류부(12)의 제한부 상의 리브(11;61)는 외장(3;64)의 대중 솔더(24)에 대해 접하도록 하류부의 주요부분 상에서 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 절단헤드.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 절단헤드의 축방향 길이는 20내지 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 절단헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙부재(42;51)자체는 서로 가압끼워맞춤되는 2개의 공축부재 즉, 내부부재(42)와 제2부재(51)로 이루어지며 상기 내부부재는 구멍(59)을 통해 절단산소 덕트와 연통하는 환형덕트를 형성하도록 내부부재의 상부벽으로부타 짧은 거리만큼 하류부에서 연장하는 제2관형부재(51)와 접하도록 외부숄더(47)를 갖는 상류단부(43)를 구비하며 상기 제2부재는 외부리브(61)를 가지며 그 자체는 노즐의 장(64)과 가압끼워맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절단헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
