Abstract

가스 엔진용 혼합기는 이를 통해, 연료 노즐(11)이 혼합물 손실을 감소시키기 위해 공기 입구 통로(2)의 입구 공기 흐름과 관련하여 평행한 방향으로 벤튜리(4)의 가장 좁은부에서 공기 입구 통로(2)로 개방되고, 공기 노즐(12)이 가스 연료 및 공기의 균일한 혼합물을 만들고 경계층에 의한 환기 저항을 감소시키기 위해 입구 공기 흐름에 관련하여 평행한 방향으로 벤튜리(4)의 팽창부에서 공기 입구 통로(2)로 개방되는 벤튜리(4)를 사용한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 이를 통해 입구 공기가 예정된 방향으로 이동되는 공기 입구 통로, 공기 입구 통로의 적어도 일부를 형성하고, 최소 내경을 가진 가장 좁은부와 가장 좁은부 보다 큰 내경을 가진 가장 좁은부의 하류측에 있는 팽창부를 가진 벤튜리, 가스 연료를 예정된 방향에 평행하게 공기 입구 통로로 유동시키도록, 가장 좁은부의 부근에서 벤튜리를 통해 공기 입구 통로로 개방된 연료 노즐 및, 공기를 예정된 방향에 평행하게 공기 입구 통로로 송풍시키도록 팽창부에서 벤튜리를 통해 공기 입구 통로로 개방된 공기 노즐을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 혼합기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연료 노즐 및 공기 노즐 각각은 벤튜리의 전원주에 걸쳐 연속적인 완전한 링의 형태로 공기 입구 통로로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 혼합기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 벤튜리는 공기 입구 통로의 직경을 감소시키는 입구부를 형성하는 제1벤튜리 소자와 갭을 경유해 함께 스택(stak) 형성되고 공기 입구 통로의 직경을 팽창시키는 팽창부를 형성하는 적어도 제2 및 제3벤튜리 소자를 포함하고, 상기 제1벤튜리 소자와 제1벤튜리 소자 다음의 제2벤튜리 소자 사이의 갭은 연료 노즐로서 작용하고, 제2벤튜리 소자와 제3벤튜리 소자 사이의 갭은 공기 노즐로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 혼합기.
