Claims (18)
- 작업 온도에서 냉각 연신성 시이트 재료에 유동성 압축 매질을 가하여 균형적으로 심교(deep-drawn) 성형 편을 성형하는 심교 성형 플라스틱 편 제조 방법에 있어서, 시이트 재료의 연화점 이하의 작업 온도에서 20바아 이상의 유동성 매질 압력으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트 재료가 특히 잉크 필름, 잉크 임프린트, 진공 증발 금속성 박막 또는 전기 전도성 와니스 필름으로 코팅시켜 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형 작업이 시이트 기재의 유리 전이점 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 성형 작업이 코팅 물질의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성형 작업이 80내지 130℃의 작업 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 시이트 재료의 성형이 50내지 300바아, 특히 60내지 250바아의 유동성 매질 압력으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 시이트 재료의 성형이 5초 미만, 특히 2초 미만의 시간내에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 시이트 재료의 성형이 갑자기 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 8항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이중층시이트 재료가 단일 공정으로 성형되고, 코팅 특히 잉크 임프린트가 2개의 시이트 웨브의 내부 표면 상에 제공되는 것들 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 40내지 2000μm, 특히 50내지 500μm의 두께를 갖는 냉간 연신성 시이트 재료가 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항 중, 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르, 유기 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 폴리플루오로하이드로카아본 기재의 플라스틱 재료로된 냉각 연신성 시이트 재료가 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성형이 주형 공동(6)의 탄력적으로 지지된 벽부분(11)에 대해서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 성형후 얻어진 얇은 벽으로 둘러싸인 심교편을 계속해서 적당한 플라스틱 조성물로 사출 강화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 주형(1)의 하형(5)는 주형 공동(6)이고, 나머지 상형(9)는 압축 벨(7)로 구성되며, 압축 공간(8)은 압축 도관(2)을 통해 공기 압축기(4)와 연통되는 주형(1)로 이루어진, 플라스틱 시이트(18) , 특히 코팅 또는 임프린트가 제공되는 플라스틱 시이트 성형 장치에 있어서, 주형 공동(6)의 바닥(10)이 스프링(12)에 장착되어, 무하중 상태에서는 미성형 플라스틱 시이트(18)을 지지하는 위치를 취하고, 압축된 상태에서는 주형 공동(6)을 최대 용적으로 노출시키는 위치를 취하는 판(11)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 주형(1)의 하형(5)는 주형 공동(6)이고, 나머지 상형(9)는 압축 벨(7)로 구성되며, 압축 공간(8)은 압축도 관(2)를 통해 공기 압축기(4)와 연통되는 주형(1)로 이루어진 플라스틱 시이트(19), 특히 코팅 또는 임프린트가 제공된 플라스틱 시이트 성형 장치에 있어서, 공기 어큐뮬레이터(3)이 압축 벨(7)과 압축기(4) 사이에서 압축 도관(2)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 주형(1)의 하형(5)는 주형 공동(6)이고, 나머지 상형(9)는 압축 벨(7)로 구성되며, 압축공간(8)은 압축 도관(2)를 통해 플라스틱 시이트 성형 장치에 있어서, 주형의 하형(5)가 스프링(21)상에 장착되고 피성형 플라스 틱 시이트(19)가 고정되는 이동자재한 프레임(20)에 의해 둘러싸여 있고, 프레임(20)이 상기 주형의 하형(5)에 비해서 보다 아래쪽에 있을 때 플라스틱 시이트는 상기 하형(5)의 횡방향으로 인발되어 신장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 주형의 하형(5)가 적어도 1개의 공동(6) 및(또는) 적어도 1개의 융기부(6')로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항 내지 17항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 주형의 하형(5)가 적어도 1개의 공동(6)으로 이루어지고 이 공동의 깊이가 50mm이하, 특히 20mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
