Claims (6)
- 충전 중의 배터리의 단자 전압을 어느 시간 간격으로 샘플링하는 샘플링 수단, 최대 샘플값을 저장하는수단, 최신 샘플값이 최대 샘플값보다 소정값 이상 작을 때, 만충전 신호를 출력하는 출력 수단, 및 상기 샘플값이 상기 최대 샘플값보다 큰 상태가 소정시간 이상 계속되있을 때에 상기 저장수단의 최대 샘플값을 갱신하는 갱신 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갱신 수단이 상기 최신 샘플값이 상기 최대 샘플값보다 크지만 그 차가 소정값 이하일때, 제1시간 그 상태가 계속 했을 때에 상기 최대 샘플값을 갱신하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 갱신 수단은 상기 최신 샘플값이 상기 최대 샘플값보다 크고 또한 그 차가 소정값 이상인 상태가 제2시간 계속했을 때에 상기 최대 샘플값을 갱신하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1시간이 상기 제2시간보다 짧게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 장치.
- 제1내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 충전 중의 배터리의 단자 전압이 소정 시간 이상으로 계속적으로 저하되었음을 검출하는 검출수단으로 구성되고, 상기 출력 수단이 최신 샘플값이 최대 샘플값보다 소정값 이상 작을 때에 상기 검출수단의 검출에 응답하여 만충전 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 장치.
- 충전중의 배터리의 단자 전압을 어느 시간 간격으로 샘플링하는 샘플링 수단, 최대 샘플값을 저장하는 저장 수단, 최신 샘플값과 상기 저장수단의 상기 최대 샘플값들을 비교하는 비교 수단, 상기 최신 샘플값이 상기 최대 샘플값보다 클 때에 상기 최대 샘플값을 갱신하는 갱신 수단, 상기 샘플수단에 의한 샘플링값에 기초하여 상기단자 전압이 소정시간 이상 계속적으로 저하했음을 검출하는 검출 수단, 및 상기 갱신 샘플값이 상기 최대 샘플값보다 소정값 이상 작을때에 상기 검출수단의 검출에 응답하여 만충전 신호를 출력하는 출력 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충진 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
