Claims (12)

  1. 밀폐실과, 이밀폐실을 사용자영역과 특정영역으로 구분하는 벽체(wall)와, 이벽체의 개구(opening)와, 상기 벽체를 끼고 설치되고 상기 벽체에 대하여 평행인 축을 중심으로 하여 수평으로 되는 사용위치와 상기 개구에서 수직으로 되어 상기 특정구역을 대향하는 청소위치사이를 회전하도록 하는 상면개구의 용변기(open-top-toilet pan)와, 상기 특정구역내의 청소장치와, 상기 개구를 덮고 있는 사용위치와 상기 용변기 상방에서 수직으로 되어 있어 상기 용변기가 상기 청소위치에 있을때 상기 용변기의 상면개구와 동일면을 이루고 있는 청소위치사이를 이동할 수 있는 틸팅백을 구성하며, 상기 틸팅백은 상기 사용위치에서 상기 청소 위치로 이동할때, 수평축을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동청소식 위생기구모듈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅백은 관절로 연결되어 사용위치에서의 상기 틸팅백의 중앙평면이 그절반높이정도로 떨어졌을때 사용위치로부터 그후방으로 수평축을 중심으로 하는 1차회전을 하므로서 틸팅백의 하단의 상기 용변기가 사용위치에서 청소위치로 회전하는 동안 상기 용변기선단부근에 머무르며 상기 틸팅백이 수평으로 되는 중간위치가 되고, 상기 중간위치에서 그하단부근의 수평측을 중심으로 하는 2차 회전을 하여 청소위치에 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용변기(pan)는 상기 벽에 이웃하여 있는 하부 수평축을 중심으로 하여 회전하도록 구성되어 있어 그 청소위치에서 상기벽체 뒤로 위치하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 상기 특정구역에서 하나의 압축공기공급장치(compressed air supply)와, 수직병진운동을 하여 이동공기격막(moving air curtain)을 생산하도록 하는 평노즐(flat nozzle)을 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 상기 모듈의 모든변위기구와 각각의 링크(linkages)를 구동하는 단일모터-기어박스유닛(single motor gearbox unit)를 더 구성시킴으로써 상기 모터-기어박스유닛은 상기 기구를 구동시키며 각각은 요홈캠 드스크(grooved cam disk)와, 고정축을 중심으로 관절운동을 하는 레버와, 상기 캠디스크와 협동하는 상기 레버상의 롤러와, 상기 레버에 의해 구동하는 링크(link)를 구성하며, 상기 모터-기어박스유닛은 각사이클마다 반회전을 하는 상기 변위에 대하여 동일한 방향으로 작동함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 용변기는 그 상면개구를 두섹션으로 누어 전방향으로 형성되어 있으나 그 저면으로까지 형성되지않는 상기벽체에 거의 평행한 칸막이(partition)와, 상기 용변기의 후부(posterior part)에 형성하는 상기 칸막이의 상부면을 구성하며, 상기 두섹션중 하나는 상기 용변기가 배출관(drain)과 연통되는 청소위치에 있을때 적용되는 배설물섹션(evacuation section)이며, 상기 모듈에는 상기 용변기의 사용위치로 되돌아올때 작동되도록 상기 용변기의 물을 공급하는 장치를 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 상기 평노즐에 상기 압축공기공급장치를 접속하는 텔리스 코픽 에어덕트(tele scopic duct)를 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 상기 모듈의 모든 변위기구와 각 링크를 구동하는 단일-기업가스유닛을 더 구성시켜 상기 모터-기어박스유닛이 상기 기구를 구동하며, 각각은 요홈캠디스크, 고정축을 중심으로 하여 관절운동을 하는 레버, 상기 캠디스크와 협동하는 상기 레버상의 롤러 및 상기 레버에 의해 구동되는 링크를 구성하며, 상기 모터-기어박스유닛은 각 사이클마다 반회전을 하는 상기 변위전체에 대하여 동일방향으로 작동하며, 상기 틸팅백이 상기 1차회전시에는 동일한 통로에 따라, 상기 2차 회전시에는 상위한 통로에 따라 상기 캠디스크가 이동하도록하는 상기 링크 2개에 의해 변위하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 모듈은 용변시이트(toilet seat)를 형성하도록 하는 상기용변기의 상부부분에 가열장치를 결합시켜 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 상기 용변기를 변위하는 카운터밸런스수단(counter balance means)과 비상상태의 저항력에 응답하여 상기 용변기의 경사작동을 정지하도록 하는 안전장치(security devices)를 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 안전장치는 소폭의 후퇴운동을 가한다음 정지운동을 다시 개시(recommence-ment)함으로써 상기 경사운동 정지에 응답하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 모듈에는 하나의 센서(sensor)와, 사용위치에 있을때 상기 용변기의 상면 가까이 위치하도록 하고, 상기 센서를 작동하도록 하는 자유단(free end)를 가진 가동부재를 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 모듈.
