Claims (20)

  1. A. 방향족 니트로소 화합물 무게의 약 1에서 20%; B. 에폭시 당량이 최소한 일인 에폭시 수지 무게의 약 1에서 20%; 그리고 C. 저해 이소시아네이트-작용기 우레탄 프레폴리머 무게의 약 60에서 98%로 구성된 플락 접착제 조성물.
    이소시아네이트 및 위 프레폴리머는 치환 혹은 비치환 페놀로 구성된 저해물질에 의해 방해받는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 니트로소 화합물이 디니트로소벤젠인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 에폭시 노보락 수지인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 저해물질이 페놀인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 저해물질이 알킬-치환 페놀인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서. 알킬페놀이 노닐 페놀인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서. 알킬페놀이 크레졸인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 저해 이소시아네이트-작용기 우레탄 프레폴리머는 당량비가 PH/NCO=1/1.5에서1/7인 폴리올 성분과 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의 반응 생성물인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 폴리(알킬렌 산화물) 폴리올인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 산화물) 폴리올이 폴리(프로필렌 산화물) 폴리올인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올이 트리올과 폴리(알킬렌 산화물)폴리올의 혼합물인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 트리올은 트리메틸을 프로판이며 폴리(알킬렌 산화물)폴리올은 폴리 (프로필렌 산화물) 폴리올인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 저해 이소시아네이트-작용기 우레탄 프레폴리머의 구조가
    인 플라 접착제 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매에서 용해되는 플락 접착제 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 유기용매가 크실렌인 플락 접착제 조성물.
  16. 플락 고무제품의 준비에서 인조섬유 플락은 접착제 층을 통해 고무 기질 표면에 접착되며; 접착제층으로는제 1항의 접착제 조성물이 사용되어 구성된 보강제를 특징으로 하는 플락 접착제 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 접착층이 제2항의 조성물인 보강제를 특징으로 하는 플락 접착제 조성물.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 접착층이 제3항의 조성물인 보강제를 특징으로 하는 플락 접착제 조성물.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 접착층이 제6항의 조성물인 보강제를 특징으로 하는 플락 접착제 조성물.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 접착층이 제13항의 조성물인 보강제를 특징으로 하는 플락 접착제 조성물.
