Claims (18)
- 폴리에폭시드는 화합물과 블로킹시킨 폴리아민 경화제를 복수개의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트기의 일부를 블로킹시켜서 제조한 신장된 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머와 혼합시키고, 블로킹시키지 않은 이소시아네이트기를 실리콘 폴리카르비놀 및 폴리올과 반응시키고, 가열시킨 후 침투성 우레탄/에폭시/실리콘 폴리머 망상을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 단일포장, 열가교성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민 경화제 및 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트가 일부를 열-가역적으로 블로킹시키고, 상기 신장시킨 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머가 이소시아네이트기가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 과량의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 반응시켜서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시킨, 상기 폴리올이 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리카프로락톤 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트기를 엡실론 카프로락탐을 사용하여 열 가역적으로 블로킹시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹시키지 않은 이소시아네이트기와 반응시킨 상기 폴리올이 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리카프로락톤 디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭시드가 비스페놀 A의 폴리에폭시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭시드가 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 블로킹시킨 폴리아민 경화제가 산 무수물과 폴리아민의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 블로킹시킨 폴리아민 경화제가 프탈산 무수물과 디에틸렌 트리아민의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 전항중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 방법으로 제조되는 조성물.
- 가요성 운반체 상에, 상기 1항 내지 12항중의 어느 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 의한 단일 포장 열가교성 조성물과 적어도 하나의 충전재를 혼합한 점착물을 갖는 가요성 운반체로 되는 금속 보강 패취.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 자기물질로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패취.
- 금속기질에 제14항 또는 15항에 의한 보강 패취를 도포시키고, 이어서 약 121℃이상의 온도에서 상기 점착물을 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 기질을 보강시키는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 보강 패취를 기름칠한 시트 금속 표면에 도포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 또는 17항의 방법으로 제조된 보강된 금속 기질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
