Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- (i) 이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질 및 (ii)옥식란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이트가 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 폴리에폭사이드의 히드록실기 적어도 일부와 유기 폴리오시아네이트를 반응시킴으로 형성된 이소시아네이트 말단 예비 중합체로서 존재하는 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 활성 수소 함유 물질이 존재하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질이 폴리올 성분과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트로 부터 제조된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질이 이소시아네이트가 차단된 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질을 제조하는데 사용되는 폴리올 성분이 폴리카보네이트 폴리올로 구성된 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경화시 적어도 50%가 신장되는 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 중합체 폴리카보네이트디올과 적어도 하나의 다른 단량체 디올의 혼합물인 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올이 약 150-약10,000범위내의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 피복 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 디올이 1,6-헥산디올 및 에틸렌 카보네이트로부터 제조된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트가 디이소시아네이트인피복 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 피복 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질의 이소시아네이트기가 입실론-카프로락탐으로 차단된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드가 약200-약100,000범위내의 분자량을 갖는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질내 이소시아네이트 당량에 대한 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드내 히드록실 당량의 비가 약 0.5-;1.0-1.5;1.0범위인 피복 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조성물이 경화시 약 200%-약300%범위로 신장되는 피복 조성물.
- a)(i)이소시아네이트 말단 우레탄 함유 물질 및 (ii)옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭 사이드를 포함하는 유연한 프라이머 피복 조성물을 기질에 적용하고;b)적어도 하나의 착색된 피복 조성물 (a)의 피복된 기질에 적용하고;c)단계 (b)의 피복된 기질을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는, 경화시 적어도 50%가 신장되는 다층 피복을 갖는 기질을 제공하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 피복된 기질을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키기 전에, 단계b)의 피복된 기질에 투명한 피복 조성물을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 착색된 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어사, 착색된 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체의 성질을 개조하기 위해 채택된, 플루오로카본 중합체와는 다른 보조 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 보조 중합체가 아크릴 중합체인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 투명한 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 투명한 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체의 성질을 개조하기 위해 채택된, 플루오로카본 중합체와는 다른 보조 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 보조 중합체가 아크릴 중합체인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 프라이머 피복 조성물의 건조 필름 두께가 약 0.2밀-약 2.0밀 범위인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
