Claims (16)
- 식 1로 나타내는 필수조성 및 기타불순물로 구성되는 금속합금, 단, 상기식에서 a, b, c, d 및 e는 각각 75-85원자퍼어센트, 0.1-0.8원자퍼어센트, 12-15원자퍼어센트, 2-5원자퍼어센트 그리고 1-3원자퍼어센트이다.
- 1항에 있어서, a-b는 최소약 79.5원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 1항에 있어서, a-b는 약 80.5원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 2항에 있어서, b는 0.4-0.6원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 3항에 있어서, b는 0.5원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 5항에 있어서, c는 약 13.5원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 6항에 있어서, d는 약 3.5원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 7항에 있어서, e는 약 2원자퍼어센트임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 최소 약90%비정질임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 실질적으로 전적으로 비정질임을 특징으로 하는 금속합금.
- 식 Fea-bCobBcSidCe의 필수조성 및 기타불순물로 구성되고 최소 약 90%비정질이며, 약 0℃-100℃의 온도범위에서 최소 약 1.5테스라의 포화유도값을 갖는 금속합금. 단, 상기식에서 a, b, c, d 및 e는 각각 원자퍼어센트로 약 75-85, 0.1-0.8, 12-15, 2-5, 그리고 1-3퍼어센트이다.
- 식 Fea-bCobBcSidCe의 필수조성 및 기타불순물로 구성되고 최소 약 90%비정질인 금속합금으로된 자기코어, 단, 상기식에서 a, b, c, d 및 e는 각각 원자퍼어센트로 75-85, 0.1-0.8, 12-15, 2-5, 그리고 1-3퍼어센트이다.
- 12항에 있어서, 약 -40℃ -150℃의 온도범위에서 1.3테스라의 유도값에서 코어손실이 0.2와트/kg을 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기코어.
- 13항에 있어서, 필요여진력(exciting power requirements)은 1.5테스라까지의 유도수준에서 약 0.3 볼트-암페어/kg을 넘지않는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기코어.
- 최소 약 90%비정질이며 포화유도값이 100℃에서 최소 약 1.5테스라인 금속합금으로되며, 약 1.3테스라의 유도수준에서 약 0.2와트/kg이하의 자기손실 및 1.5테스라의 유도수준에서 약 0.3볼트-암페어/kg 이하의 필요여진력을 나타내는 자기코어.
- 15항에 있어서, 상기 1.3테스라유도수준에서의 필요여진력이 0.2볼트-암페어/kg을 넘지않음을 특징으로 하는 자기코어.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
