Claims (5)

  1. 회전식 사출 블로우 성형기로서, 머신 베드상에 상하로 서로 평행하게 위치하며 이 양기판들 사이에는 작업 공간이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 상부기판의 아래쪽에는 환상의 이송판이 구비되며, 상부기판의 중앙부위에 설치된 간헐적 회전식 구동장치와 이송판은 이송판의 내부에 구비된 래크와 구동장치의 측면에 있는 피니언과의 결합에 의해 연결되며, 역시 리테이닝 몰드 역할을 하는 리프 리테이너판들은 이송판의 아래쪽으로 상기 작업공간을 대향하여 일정 간격으로 자유 개폐할 수 있게 끔 설치되며, 이때, 일프리테이너판들의 정지위치는 사전 성형체의 사출성형으로부터 몰드 해제로, 작동부위에 세트되며, 몰드들과 장치들이 상부기판과 하부기판상에 배치되며, 상기 기계의 배열방법은 리프리테이너판들이 설치된 상기 이송판의 여러곳에 복수개의 수직축들이 서로 예정된 각격 관계를 유지하면서 상하 이동할 수 있게 연장되며, 이송판으로부터 돌출하는 상부 단말들은 한쌍식 서로 연결되며, 수직축을 항상 위로 밀고 있는 스프링 부재들은 수직축들과 이송판 사이에 위치하며, 리프리테이터판들은 수직축들의 하부 단말에 연결되며, 상기 리프리테이너판들은 하부 기판의 상부 표면과 이송판의 하부표면에 설치된 블루오 몰드들과 사풀 몰드들에 대한 원근 운동을 하게끔 설치되며, 이송판과 상부기판사이에는 상기 수직축의 상부단말을 위한 유격이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출 블로우 성형기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판은 그 중앙부위에 위치하는 4개의 리브에 의해 보강되며, 상부기판에서 모든 방향으로 개방된 구멍부위들은 중앙 부위를 제외한 리브의 각 쌍들 사이에 위치하며, 성형에 필요한 장치들은 상기 상부기판에 구비되며, 일정 각도의 범위내에서 회전하는 구동장치는 4개의 리브에 의해 둘러싸인 상부기판의 중앙 부위에 구비되며, 상부기판의 아래에 회전가능하게 구비된 상기 이송판의 중앙 부위에 있는 구멍 부위에는 하나의 구동축이 위치하며, 상기 구동축에 연결된 피니언과 이송판의 내부에 위치하는 래크는 서로 결합하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출 블로우 성형기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치는 일정 각도 내에서 회전하는 유압식 작동체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출 블로우 성형기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치는 전동기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식, 사출 블로우 성형기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 오리엔테이션(orientation) 블로우성형을 위한 코어 피이드(feed) 장치는 블로우 성형 조작 부위의 상부기판에 구비되며, 상기 장치는 상부기판상에 구비된 한쌍의 지주를 따라 상하 이동하게끔 잡혀져 있는 씨이트, 상기 시이트의 아래에 고정 설치된 공기 실린더, 하나의 공기 실린더와 상부기판을 연결하는 하나의 로드 및 다른 하나의 공기 실린더 로드 끝에 있는 판에 연결된 블로우 코어 등을 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼이전식 사출 블로우 성형기.
