Claims (12)
- 용리액의 흐름방향으로, 담금막대 측정기구의 몰입단부로부터 시료패드부위까지 뻗어있는 제 1 흡수성 연결스트립 ; 시료패드 ; 상기의 시료패드로부터 측정영역 액 수용부위까지 뻗어있으며 상기의 시료패드와 액소통관계에 있는 제 2 흡수성 연결스트립; 신호 발생 시스템의 제 2 부재와의 반응시에 상기의 측정 스트립상에서 경계를 한정하는 탐지가능한 신호를 발생하는, 신호 발생 시스템의 제 1 부재가 주입되었고 상기 제 2 연결스트립과 액 소통관계에 있는 연장된 흡수성 측정스트립; 그리고 상기의 측정전에 상기의 제1 및 제 2 연결부재와 상기의 시료패드 사이의 액 소통을 억제하고 상기의 측정동안에 액 소통을 가능하게 하는 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 담금막대 측정기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 제1 및 제 2 연결스트립들이 상기 스트립들 사이의 접촉없이 상기의 시료패드를 겹치게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 신호 발생시스템은 상기의 시료패드에 함침된 최소한 하나의 효소로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기의 효소가 산화효소인 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 용리액의 흐름방향으로, 담금막대 측정기구의 몰입단부로부터 시료패드부위까지 뻗어있는 제 1 흡수성 연결스트립; 상기의 제 1 연결스트립과 액 소통관계에 있는 상기의 시료패드 부위에서의 시료패드 ; 상기의 시료패드로부터 측정영역 액 수용부위까지 뻗어있으며 상기 시료패드와 액 소통관계에 있는 제 2 흡수성 연결 스트립 ; 신호 발생시스템의 제 2 부재와의 반응시에 상기의 측정스트립상에서 경계를 한정하는 탐지가능한 신호를 발생하는, 신호 발생시스템의 제 1 부재가 주입되었고 상기의 제 2 연결스트립과 액 소통관계에 있는 연장된 흡수성 측정스트립 ; 상기의 제1 및 제 2 연결 부재들과의 액 소통으로부터 상기의 패드를 분리하는 불활성 보호장벽; 그리고 상기의 몰입단부로부터 상기의 측정스트립까지 뻗어있으며 상기의 측정스트립과 액소통관계에 있는 스패닝 흡수성스트립으로 이루어져 있으며 ; 상기의 연결 스트립이 상기의 스패닝 스트립에 비해 더 좁은 영역을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 담금막대 측정기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기의 스패닝 흡수성스트립은 상기의 제 2 연결스트립과 상기의 측정스트립사이에 끼어들어 그 사이에서 액 소통을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 용리액의 흐름 방향으로, 담금막대 측정기구의 몰입단부로부터 시료패드부위까지 뻗어있는 제 1 흡수성 연결스트립; 상기의 제 1 연결스트립과 액 소통관계에 있는 상기의 시료패드부위에서의 시료패드 ; 상기의 시료패드로부터 측정영역 액 수용부위까지 뻗어있으며 상기의 시료패드와 액 소통관계에 있는 제 2 흡수성 연결 스트립; 신호 발생시스템의 제 2 부재와의 반응시에 상기의 측정스트립상에서 경계를 한정하는 탐지가능한 신호를 발생하는, 신호 발생시스템의 제 1 부재가 주입되었으며 상기의 제 2 연결스트립과 액 소통관계에 있는 연장된 흡수성 측정스트립; 그리고 상기의 시료패드와의 액 수용접촉관계에 있는 다공성 비습윤부재, 즉 불활성 필름으로 씌워져있으며 상기의 시료패드로부터의 액을 수용하기 위한 흡수층 배킹을 포함하고 상기의 제 1 및 제 2 연결부재들과의 액 소통으로부터 상기의 시료패드를 분리하는 불활성 보호장벽을 제공하는 미터링 기구로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 담금막대 측정기구.
- 연결 흡수성 부재로 검정매질의 수송을 막으면서, 시료중의 검체량과 관련된 양만큼 시료패드에 신호 생성 시스템의 제 1 부재의 존재를 생성하는 검정매질을 시료패드에 주입하고; 제 2 연결부재를 통하여 패드에서 측정스트립으로 제1부재를 수송하기 위해 용리액흐름을 용리액원에서 시료패드로 지시하고; 측정스트립을 통하여 용리액을 함유하는 제 1 부재를 지시하고, 이것에 의해 신호 생성시스템의 제1 및 제 2 부재들과 신호 생성시스템의 어떠한 부가적인 부재들이 측정스트립상위에 검출경계선을 생성하기 위해 반응하고, 여기서 경계선의 양은 시료중의 검체량에 관계되는 것으로 이루어지는 방법으로, 용리액을 액원에서 시료패드로 수송하기 위한 제 1 연결흡수성 부재, 용리액을 시료패드에서 신호 생성시스템의 제 2 부재로 주입된 긴 측정 흡수성스트립으로 수송하기 위한 제 2 연결부재로 이루어진 기구를 사용하는, 시료중의 검체의 존재를 측정하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 또한 전환된 흐름이 측정부재의 폭을 연장하며 용리액 흐름을 함유하는 제 1 부재가 측정부재의 폭보다 좁고 측정부재의 중심부에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 용리원에서 측정부재로 직접 전환된 흐름을 지시하는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 신호 생성시스템이 시료패드에서 공유결합으로 부착된 산화효소, 측정스트립에서 공유결합으로 부착된 디알킬아닐린, 측정스트립에서 주입된 히드라진 및 용리액에서 과산화효소로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산화효소가 글루코오스 산화효소, 알코올 산화효소 또는 콜레스테롤 산화효소이고 검체는 각각 글루코오스, 에탄올 또는 콜레스테롤이며, 단 이 검체가 콜레스테롤일때, 신호 생성 시스템은 더 나아가서 시료패드에서 주입된 콜레스테롤로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
