Claims (15)
- 4.3×10-3in/in 이상의 변형대 파괴값과 875HV0.3이상의 비커스 경도를 갖는 탄화텅스텐-코발트 피복층으로 피복된 기층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화텅스텐-코발트층은 4.5×10-3-10×10-3in/in의 변형대 파괴값과 900HV0.3이상의 비커스 경도값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화텅스텐-코발드층은 5.3×17-3in/in의 변형대 파괴값과 1000HV0.3이상의 비커스 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화텅스텐-코발트 피복층의 두께가 0.0005-0.1in인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄화텅스텐-코발트 피복층의 두께가 0.001-0.02in인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화텅스텐-코발트 피복층은 코발트가 7-20중량%, 탄소가 0.5-5중량%, 텅스텐이 75-92.5중량%로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피복층은 6중량% 이하의 크로뮴을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피복층은 3-5중량%의 크로뮴을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 피복층은 4중량%의 크로뮴을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코발트의 함량은 8-18중량%이고, 탄소는 2.0-4.0중량%이며. 텅스텐은 78-90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기층은 티타늄, 강, 알미늄, 니켈, 코발트, 그리고 이들의 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기층은 티타늄, 강, 알미늄, 니켈, 코발트, 그리고 이들의 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코발트의 함량은 9-15중량%, 탄소는 2.5-4.0중량%, 텅스텐은 81-88.5중량%이고, 상기 기층은 티타늄 기본 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피복층은 6중량% 이하의 크로뮴을 함유하고, 상기 기층은 티타늄, 강, 알미늄, 니켈, 코발트, 그리고 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복체.
