Claims (15)
- 끝부분으로 부터 리이드선 (5), (5)을 도출한 콘덴서(1)와 그 콘덴서(1)의 외형치수에 적합한 수납공간(6)을 가진 외장틀(2)의 저면(8)에 콘덴서 리이드선(5),(5)의 외경과 대략 동등한 높이의 돌기부(9)를 설치하여 전기한 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 개구부 (10)끝면으로 부터 전기한 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡하는것을 특징으로 하는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 전기한 한쪽의 개구부(10)끝면으로 부터 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡함과 아울러, 최소한 한쪽의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 리이드선(5),(5) 도출쪽과 대향하는 끝면으로 인도하여 이루어지는 팀형콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 도출되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10)의 대하여, 최소한 리이드선(5),(5)의 콘덴서 봉구체(4)에서의 끌어내는 부분을 덮은 수지층(19)을 설치하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10)끝면에 그의 일부분을 덮은 벽체부(11)을 설치하고, 전기한 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)이 전기한 한쪽 개구부(10)로 부터 벽체부(11) 및 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡하여 이루엊는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 절곡되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10)끝면에 그 일부분이 덮도록 설치된 벽체부(11)에 리이드선(5),(5)을 수납하는 홈을 설치하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)의 한쪽개구부 (10) 끝면에 그 일부분을 덮도록 설치된 벽체부(11)에 최소한 콘덴서 리이드선(5),(5)의 외경이상인 높이의 돌기부를 설치하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 끝부분에서 리이드선(5),(5)을 도출한 콘덴서(1)와 그 콘덴서(1)의 외형치수에 적합한 수납공간을 가진 외장틀(2)로서 이루어지고, 전기한 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부 (10) 끝면에 그 일부분을 덮은 벽체부(11)을 설치함과 아울러, 외장틀(2)의 저면(8) 내지 이것에 인접한 옆면에 리이드선(5),(5)을 수납하는 노치형상인 홈을 설치하여, 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서(1)의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 전기한 한쪽 개구부(10)로 부터 벽체부(11) 및 전기한 홈을 따라서 절곡하여 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 옆면에서 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제7항에 있어서, 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 절곡되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부 (10) 끝면에 그 일부분을 덮도록 설치된 벽체부 (11)에, 리이드선(5),(5)을 수납하는 홈을 설치하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제7항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10) 끝면에 그 일부분을 덮도록 설치한 벽체부(11)에, 최소한 콘덴서 리이드선(5),(5)의 외경이상인 높이의 돌기부(16)을 설치하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제9항에 있어서, 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 절곡되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10)끝면에 그 일부분을 덮도록 설치된 벽체부(11)에 이 벽체부(11)에 설치한 돌기부 (16)와 대략 동등한 높이의 돌출부를 설치한 개구부 (10) 끝면에 형성하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제7항에 있어서, 외장틀 (2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 전기한 한쪽 개구부(10)끝면으로 부터 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡함과 아울러, 최소한 한쪽의 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 리이드선(5),(5) 도출쪽과 대향하는 끝면으로 인도하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 제7항에 있어서, 외장틀(2)에 수납된 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 도출되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부(10)에 대하여, 최소한 리이드선(5),(5)의 콘덴서(1)의 봉구체 (4)에서의 끌어내는 부분을 덮는 수지층(19)을 형성하여 이루어지는 팁형콘덴서.
- 끝부분으로부터 리이드선(5),(5)을 도출한 콘덴서(1)와 그 콘덴서(1)의 외형치수에 적합한 수납공간(6)을 가진 외장틀(2)을 갖추고, 콘덴서(11)의 끝부분에서 도출된 리이드선(5),(5)사이의 거리를 미리 소망의 간격으로 형성하여, 이 콘덴서(1)를 외장틀(2)에 수납한 다음, 전기한 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 개구부(10)끝면으로부터 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팁형콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 리이드선(5),(5)사이의 거리를 미리 콘덴서(1)의 외형치수 이상으로 형성함과 더불어, 외장틀(2)의 개구부(10) 끝면에서 도출되는 리이드선(5),(5)의 도출부 근방에서 절곡하여 외장틀(2)의 수납공간 (6) 내경이하로 가고 정하여 이 콘덴서(1)를 외장틀(2)에 수납한다음, 다시 리이드선(5),(5)을 전기한 도출부에서 절곡하여 원치수로 회복시켜서 이루어지는 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 콘덴서(1)의 외장틀(2)에 수납하고, 콘덴서의 리이드선(5),(5)이 도출되는 외장틀(2)의 한쪽 개구부에 대하여 최소한 리이드선(5),(5)의 콘덴서 봉구체(4)에서의 끌어내는 부분을 덮은 수지층(19)을 형성한 다음, 전기한 리이드선(5),(5)을 외장틀(2)의 개구부 (10)끝면으로 부터 저면(8)을 따라서 절곡하여 이루어지는 팁형 콘덴서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
