Claims (6)
- 복수의 인쇄회로 기판(printed circuit board)을 수납하여 상하면에 각각 통풍구(vent hole)가 있으며 상호적층(stack)되어 캐비넷(cabinet)안에 설치되는 복수의 셀프 유니트(shelf unit)로 구성된 전자장비용 랙(rack)의 냉각구조에 있어서, 상기 냉각구조가 : 각각 적어도 하나의 팬(fan)을 가지는 팬 유니트를 포함하며, 상기 팬 유니트는 상기 셀프 유니트의 상단에 위치하여 셀프 유니트와 함께 하나의 독립적인 냉각블록(cooling block)을 구성하며, 상기 각 독립 냉각블록에서는, 상기 팬 유니트의 상기 팬이 상기 셀프 유니트를 직선적으로 상하 관통하는 냉각풍(cooling wind)을 산출하는 동시에 상기 팬 유니트의 측면에 있는 통풍구를 통해 공기를 흡입하여, 이 공기를 상기 냉각풍의 유속을 이용, 상기 냉각풍과 혼합시킴으로써, 상기 팬 유니트의 팬으로 상향 송출력을 부가하여 최하단 냉각블록에서 상부 냉각블록으로 상승함에 따라 상기 랙의 전체적으로 상기 냉각풍의 유량(flow rare)이 점차 증가되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 팬이 상기 팬 유니트의 프레임의 전방으로부터 상기 프레임에 설치 및 제거할 수 있는 카세트형(cassette type) 팬으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 팬 유니트의 상기 프레임이 상기 카세트형 팬에 공기를 유도하는 경사안내부(slanted guide portion)를 함께 갖는 지지판(support plate)을 구비하여, 상기 카세트형 팬이 상기 지지판상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 지지판이 상기 카세트형 팬을 삽입하기 위한 가이드 레일(guide rail)과 상기 카세트형 팬을 고정 및 유지하는 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최상층의 셀프 유니트 대신에 배출안내판(discharge guide plate)이 설치되고, 상기 배출안내판은 랙을 통과한 냉각공기를 상기 최상층의 셀프 유니트의 상면이 아닌 방향으로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 특정 셀프 유니트의 발열량(heating value)에 따라서는 상기 특정 셀프 유니트의 팬유니트를 생략할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장비용 랙의 냉각구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
