Abstract

본 발명은 회로팩(Printed Board Asscmbly)과 백보드(back boardard)을 상호 연결하여 전자회로의 기능을 실현하기 위한 기구장치(일반적으로 쉘프 혹은 서브 랙이라 칭함)로 더브테일(dovetail)형 인쇄회로기판 가이드 레일을 이용하여 회로팩을 실장하고, 설치 및 분리시 편리를 위한 손잡이 및 슬라이드(slide), 본 장치를 수직으로 여러개 설치할경우 상하정렬을 위한 설치부의 수직수평장공, 후면부의 백보드 장착식 편리를 위한 백보드 장착용 돌기, 회로팩 탈장착기의 작동으로부터 가이드레일 지지대를 보호할 수 있는 박판띠(strip)을 갖고 있는 구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 회로팩(Printed Board Assembly)과 백보드(back boardard)을 상호 연결하여 전자회로의 기능을 실현하기 위한 기구장치에있어서, 디브테일형 인쇄회로기판 가이드레일 고정블럭을 홈에 삽입하고 가이드레일 지지대 보호용 박판띠가 삽입되는 가이드레일 지지대(1), 더브테일형 인쇄회로기판 가이드레일 고정블럭을 홈에 삽입되는 가이드레일 지지대(2), 더브테일형인쇄회로기판 가이드레일 고정블럭을 홈에 삽입하고 백보드 장착용 돌기가있는 가이드레일 지지대(3, 4), 가이드레일 지지대의 상하전후간 거리를 유지시키고 손잡이 부분이 고정되며 슬라이드의 활주용 홈이있는 측면판(5), 구조체의 손잡이부분과 구조체를 프레임(frame)등에 설치할때 상하정렬을 위한 수직방향 장공이 가공된 손잡이(6), 구조체의 손잡이 부분과 구조체를 프레임(frame)등에 설치할때 상하정렬을 위한 수평방향 장공이 가공된 손잡이(7), 후면부의 가이드레일 지지대에 삽입되어있는 백보드 고정용 너트 스트립(nut strip), (8)으로 구성한것을 특징으로 하는 더브테일형 가이드레일을이용한 인쇄회로기판 실장용 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가이드레일 지지대의 마모를 방지하기 위한 박판띠를 삽입한 구조를 갖도록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더브테일형 가이드레일을 이용한 인쇄회로기판 실장용 장치.
