Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 폴리우레탄 및 폴리카프로락톤 서열로 구성된 블록 전중합체를 함유하고 유리 NCO기 비율이 1% 내지 5%인, 접착제로서 유용한 열-용융성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, -NH-CO.O-우레탄 서열 및 -(C6H10O2)n-폴리카프로락톤 서열의 중량비가 각각 바람직하게는 1.1% 내지 2.1% 및 10% 내지 40%인 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 성분들, 즉 (1)유리 OH기를 포함하는 폴리카로락톤-기재 수지 ; (2)저융점폴리올 ; 및 (3)1.1 내지 4의 작용기 비율을 갖는 디이소시아네이트로 형성된 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 OH기를 함유하는 폴리카프로락톤-기재중합체가, 30000 내지 40000의 평균분자량을 갖고, 60℃의 융점 및 -60℃이 유리전이 온도르 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지인 중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수지가, 예를 들어 TONE PCL 700R로서 시판되는 유니온 카바이드사 제품과 같이, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 유도되는 약간 결정성이 선형 폴리우레탄에 결합되거나 또는 아디프산, 이소프탈산 및 헥산디올의 중측합 반응의 의해 형성된 혼성중합 에스테르에 결합된, 카프로락톤 구조를 갖는 폴리에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 100℃ 미만의 융점을 갖고 또 히드록시 말단기를 포함하며, 분자량이 200 내지 6000이고, 히드록기 지수가 20 내지 100이며 또 바람직하게는 50℃ 내지 90℃범위이 융점을 갖는 지방족 동종 중합에스테르인 중합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올이 아디프산 및 헥산디올의 축합 중합체이거나 또는 선형 이산(diacid) 및 선형 디올이 중측합 반응으로부터 생성된 결정성 폴리에스테르인 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 순수한 4,4`-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 2,4` 및 4,4` 이성질체의 혼합물, 디이소시아네이트 부가물, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 및 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성부들의 중량비가, 각각 카프로락톤 전 중합체에 대하여 10 내지 40, 폴리올에 대해서 40 내지 80, 또 디이소시아네이트에 대해서는 10 내지 30인 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)히드록시기 백분율이 0.7 내지 1.5인 폴리카프로락톤 ; (2)히드록시기 지수가 20 내지 110인 헥산디올과 아디프산의 동종 중합에스테르 ; 및 (3)4,4`-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 형성된 중합체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성분들의 각 중량비가 25/60/15인 중합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 1.5 내지 2%의 유리 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 2%의 유리 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 중합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 150℃에서의 점도가, 5,000 내지 100,000 mPa.s인 중합체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 40℃ 미만의 온도에서 고체 상태인 중합체.
- 카프로락톤을 기채로하는 전중합체를 용융상태의 폴리올과 결합시키고, 또 최종 중합체가 1 내지 5중량%이 양으로 유리이소시아네이트기를 함유하도록 충분량의 디이소시아네이트를 부가함으로써, 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 하나에 따르는 열-용융성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 80℃ 내지 130℃인 방법.
- 동일하거나 상이한 재료의 표면을 상호 접착시키는 접착제로서, 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 하나에 따르는 열-용융성 중합체의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
