제1도는 본 발명에 사용된 성형 수축을 측정하기 위한 시편의 평면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 라인 II-II를 따라 취한 개략의 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 99.5내지 30중량%의 용융처리 가능한 형이고 용융 상태에서 이방성을 나타내는 폴리에스테르와 0.5내지 70중량%의 플레이트 형 충전재(앞에서 규정된 바와 같은)로 이루어지는 액정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 충전재는 무기물이고 적어도 5의 애스펙트(aspect)비율과 0.1미크론 내지 3mm의 최장 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 충전재의 애스펙트 비율은 10내지 100범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 충전재의 양은 조성물의 총량의 10내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 충전재는 운모, 유리, 견운모, 탈크, 카올리나이트, 피로필라이트, 흑연 및 금속 분말로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 섬유상 물질을 약 60중량%까지 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 섬유상 물질은 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 휘스커, 금속섬유, 무기섬유, 합성섬유 및 천연유기섬유로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 충전재와 섬유상 물질을 70중량%보다 많지 않게 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 입자의 형이 플레이트형 또는 섬유상이 아닌 입자상 물질을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 물질은 알루미나, 실리카, 황산바륨, 유리, 유기 고분자 물질 및 유기 저분자 물질로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
