Claims (2)
- 2개의 곡선상의 대응점을 각각 연결함으로써 생긴 곡면을 가공하는 수치제어 가공방법에 있어서, 전기 2개의 곡선을 특정하는 곡선정보와 공구경 등의 공구형상 정보와 공구경 보정방향 정보와 전기 각 곡선을 분할하는 분할정보를 입력하는 스텝, 전기 분할정보에 의하여 각 곡선을 분할하고 분할점 mi, ni(i=1,2,……)를 구하는 스텝, 한쪽의 곡선의 분할점 mi와 그 분할점 mi에 대응하는 다른쪽의 곡선의 분할점 ni에 있어서의 전기 공구경 보정방향의 법선 벡터를 각각 구함과 동시에 전기 공구형상 정보를 사용하여 공구 오프세트 벡터 또는 그 법선 방향으로 공구 위치 보정한 때의 분할점 mi, ni에 대응하는 공구 보정위치 mi', ni'를 각각 연산하는 스텝, 전기공구 보정위치 mi', ni'에 의해 공구축방향(I,J,K)를 연산하는 스텝, 공구 보정위치 ni'의 좌표값(X,Y,Z)와 전기 공구축방향(I,J,K)를 사용하여 수치제어 공작기계의 각 제어축 이동데이터를 연산하는 스텝, 그 제어축 이동 데이터에 의하여 공구를 공작물에 대하여상대적으로 이동시켜서 곡면 가공을 실시하는 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 가공방법.
- 2개의 곡선상의 대응점을 각각 연결함으로써 생기는 곡면을 가공하는 수치제어 가공방법에 있어서, 전기 2개의 곡선을 특정하는 곡선 정보와 와이어 컷트 방전가공에 있어서의 방전 캡을 포함하는 와이어 직경정보와 와이어 보정방향 정보와 전기 각 곡선을 분할하는 분할 정보를 입력하는 스텝, 전기 분할정보에 의하여 각 곡선을 분할하고 분할점 mi, ni(i=1,2,……)를 연산하는 스텝, 한쪽의 곡선이 분할점 mi와 그 분할점 mi에 대응하는 다른쪽의 분할점 ni에 있어서의 전기 와이어 보정방향의 법선 벡터를 각각 연산함과 동시에 전기 와이어 직경 정보를 사용하여 와이어 오프세트 벡터 또는 그 법선 방향으로 와이어 위치를 보정한때의 그 분할점 mi, ni에 대응하는 와이어 보정위치 mi', ni'를 각각 연산하는 스텝, 전기 와이어 보정위치 mi', ni'에 의해 와이어축 방향을 연산하는 스텝, 전기 와이어 축방향 및 와이어 보정위치 등을 사용하여 그 와이어 보정위치 mi', ni'에 대응하는 포인트로서 공작물을 재치하는 테이블면에 평행한 평면상의 포인트 mi"(U,V), ni"(X,Y)의 위치를 연산하는 스텝, X, Y, U, V에 의하여 테이블을 X, Y방향으로 구동함과 동시에 와이어를 U, V방향으로 구동하여 공작물에 곡면 가공을 실시하는 스텝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 가공방법.
