Claims (20)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.상기 식에서,R1은 2-피리딜, 6-메틸-2-피리딜, 6-플루오로-2-피리딜, 6-클로로-2-피리딜, 5-메틸-3-이속사졸릴, 2-티아졸릴, 5-메틸-2-티아졸릴, 1-옥소-2,4,6-사이클로헵타트리엔-2-일, 페닐, 니트로페닐 또는 일-또는 이 치환된 페닐(여기에서, 각 치환체는 불 소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로메틸, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알콕시이다)이고;R2는 수소, 탄소수 2내지 6의 알카노일, 벤조일, P-클로로벤조일, 톨루오일, 테노일, 푸로일,-COR3또는 COOR3(여기에서, R3는 탄소수 1내지 8의 알킬기이다)이며 : n은 3내지 5의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1은 2-피리딜인 화합물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고 n이 3인 화합물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고 n이 5인 화합물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R2가 COOR3(여기에서, R3는 탄소수 1내지 8의 알킬기이다)인 화합물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R2가 COOCH3이고 n이 3인 화합물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R2가 COOC8H17이고 n이 3인 화합물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R2가 COOC2H5이고 n이 4인 화합물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R2가 -COOC8H17(n)이고 n이 3인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 화합물의 소염 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 옥시캄 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 옥시알킬 할라이드 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서,R1은 2-피리딜, 6-메틸-2-피리딜, 6-플루오로-2-피리딜, 6-클로로-2-피리딜, 5-메틸-3-이속사졸릴, 2-티아졸릴, 5-메틸-2-티아졸릴, 1-옥소-2,4,6-사이클로헵타트리엔-2-일, 페닐, 니트로페닐 또는 일-또는 이 치환된 페닐(여기에서, 각 치환체는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로메틸, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알콕시이다)이고 :R2는 수소, 탄소수 2내지 6의 알카노일, 벤조일, P-클로로벤조일, 톨루오일, 테노일, 푸로일,-COR3또는 COOR3(여기에서, R3는 탄소수 1내지 8의 알킬기이다)이며 :n은 3내지 5의 정수이고,X는 염소 또는 브롬이다.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 옥시알킬 할라이드 반응물이 모옥시캄(parent oxican) 출발 물질에 대하여 적어도 등몰량으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 반응이 적어도 등몰량의 적절한 표준 염기 존재하에 거의 무수 상태에서 반응-불활성 유기 용매 중에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 반응이 약 50℃내지 100℃의 온도에서 적어도 약 24시간 동안 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 용매가 아세톤이고 표준염기가 탄산 칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제조된 화합물이 4-〔3-(히드록시)-n-프로필옥시〕-2-메틸-N-(2-피리디닐)-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복사미드1,1-디옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제조된 화합물이 4-〔5-(히드록시)-n-펜틸옥시-2-메틸-N-(2-피리디닐)-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복사미드1,1-디옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제조된 화합물이 4-〔3-(메톡시카보닐옥시)-n-프로필옥시〕-2-메틸-N-(2-피리디닐)-2H-1,2-벤조티아진-3-카복사미드1,1-디옥사이드인 방법.
