Claims (10)
- 열가소성 물질의 시이트의 연속적인 제조장치에 있어서, 서로 결합관계의 다수의 캘린더롤과; 적어도 하나의 스트리퍼롤과; 최종 캘린더롤이 상기 선행 캘린더롤과 동일하거나 더욱 큰 회전속도로 작동되도록 회전운동을 상기 캘린더롤들에 전달하는 수단과, 밀접 접촉되고 또한 상기 스트리퍼롤주위로 상기 캘린더롤들의 최종 롤을 주행시키는 무한궤도벨트와; 상기 스트리퍼롤 부근의 상기 무한궤도벨트로부터 열가소성 물질의 연속 시이트를 제거하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트는 스테인레스강, 베릴륨/구리합금, 구리/코발트/베릴륨합금, 구리/닉켈/베릴륨합금, 폴리아릴에테르케톤, 폴리아릴에테르슬폰, 폴리이미드 및, 폴리에스터등으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트의 작동표면은 RMS-1의 최소표면 평활도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조장치,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트의 작동 표면은 매트피니쉬를 연속시이트에 제공하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4개의 캘린더롤이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트제조장치.
- 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 열가소성 물질을 열가소성 상태로 가열시키는 공정과; 상기 캘린더 롤주위를 주행하며 동시에 스트리퍼롤주위와 밀접접촉되어 주행하는 무한궤도벨트와 밀접접촉하는 최종 캘린더롤을 포항하는 다수의 롤들을 가진 캘린더수단에 의하여 상기 열가소성 물질을 가요성의 연속시이트로 형성시키는 공정과; 상기 캘린더의 최종 롤보다, 상기 가요성 시이트를 상기 무한궤도벨트와 접촉시키므로서 상기 캘린더로부터 가요성 시이트를 제거하고, 또한 상기 캘린더로부터 멀리 스트리퍼롤을 향하여 상기 가요성 시이트를 이송시키는 공정과; 상기 가요성 시이트를 연속적으로 이송시키는 공정과; 상기 무한궤도벨트로부터 상기 냉각된 가요성 시이트를 제거하는 공정을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트는 스테인레스강, 베릴률/구리합금, 구리/코받트/베릴륨합금, 구리/닉켈/베릴륨합금, 폴리아릴에테르케톤, 폴리아릴에테르슬폰, 폴리이미드 및, 폴리에스테르로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트의 작동 표면은 RMS-1의 최소의 표면 평활도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속 시이트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도벨트의 작동표면은 연속시이트에 매트피니쉬를 제공하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 4개의 롤캘린더가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 연속시이트 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
