Description
Claims (12)
- 처리하개 되는 판재를 일정방향으로 통과할 수 있는 통로를 개재하여 대략 대칭인 위치에 배설하였으며 또한 교번자계를 형성하는 한쌍의 전자석(6A),(8A)으로 된 일정한 짝을 장비한 전자유도가열장치에 있어서 처리하개 되는 판재의 통과방향과 평행한 방향에 있어서의 처리하게 되는 판재의 양단의 근방에 처리하개 되는 판재를 투과하는 교변자속의 일부를 처리하개 되는 판재의 통과 방향과 평행한 방향에 있어서의 처리하개 되는 판재의 양단의 근방에 처리하게 되는 판재를 투과하는 교번자속의 일부를 처리하게 되는 판재로 부터 분리하여 우회시키는 자속 우회수단을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자속우회수단은 처리하게 되는 판재를 개재하여 대향하는 전자석(6A),(8A)상호간에 우회자로(迂回磁路)를 형성하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는전자유도가열장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 자속우회수단은 대략 C자형상의 자속우회부재(30)로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제3항에 있어서 자속우회부재(30)는 처리하게 되는 판재를 개재하여 배설된 한짝의 전자석에 걸치도록 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30) 처리하게 되는 판재를 개재하여 배설된 2짝이상의 전자석에 걸치도록 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30) 처리하게 되는 판재의 통과방향의 중심선에 대하여 지그자그 형상으로 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30)는 규소강판을 적층하여 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자속우회수단은, 처리하게 되는 판재의 일정방향쪽에서 인접하는 전자석(6A),(8A)상호간에 우회자로를 형성하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 자속우회수단은 평판상의 자속우회부재(40)로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30)는 처리하게 되는 판재의 일정방향쪽에 있어서, 인접하는 3개 이상의 전자석에 걸치는 길이로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30)는 처리되는 판재의 통과방향의 중심선에 대하여 지그자그 형상으로 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 자속우회부재(30)는 규소강판을 직층하여 성형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자유도가열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
