Claims (7)
- 움직이는 금속 스트립의 유도가열을 위한 조절가능한 폭 가로로 작용하는 플럭스 가열 조립체에 있어서, 스트립에 대하여 유도코일로 구성되도록 배치되고 코일의 내부 단면적에 형성된 중간공간을 갖춘 제1 및 제2 J자형 콘덕터; 그리고 스트림에 의해 형성된 평면에 가로방향으로 자장의 연통을 풍부하게 하도록 제1 및 제2 J자형 콘덕터와 각각 결합된 제1 및 제2 플럭스 가이드로 구성되고, 여기에서 플럭스 가인드는 콘덕트에 대하여 배치되고 그리고 중간공간으로부터 이격되어 스트립폭에 형행한 방향으로 콘덕터의 선택적인 상대 이동을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 폭 가로로 작용하는 플럭스 가열 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 플럭스 가이드는 콘덕터의 제1면에 배치되고, 여기에서 제1면은 스트립과 면하는 콘덕터의 제2면과 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 플럭스 가이드는 콘덕터의 제1 및 제2면에 배치되고, 여기에서 제1면은 스트립으로부터 콘덕터와 대향하며, 제2면은 중간공간으로부터 콘덕터와 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘덕터의 직선 끝 부분 근처에서 스트립으로부터 플럭스 라인을 감싸기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 감싸기 위한 수단은 제1 J자형 콘덕터에 달려 있고 그리고 콘덕터와 스트립 중간에 제2 J자형 콘덕터를 가로질러 뻗어있는 플래그 부분으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 조립체.
- 선택적으로 변하는 스트립 폭의 수용을 용이하게 하기 위해 가열 구역 폭의 편리한 조절에 특히 적합한 금속 스트립용 유도가열시스템에 있어서, 스트립에 대하여 유도가열코일을 형성하도록 배치되고, 그 내주에 의해 형성된 중간공간이 콘덕터 서로에 대한 선택적인 자유상대운동을 위해 방해받지 않는 대향한 J자형 콘덕터; 그리고 중간공간의 외부의 콘덕터 부분에 인접하여 배치된 금속 스트림으로부터 플럭스 라인을 감싸기 위한 수단; 을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도가열시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 감싸기 위한 수단은 대향한 제2 J자형 콘덕터 위에 그리고 가로질러 뻗어있는 제1 J자형 콘덕터의 플래그 부분으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도가열시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
