Claims (3)

  1. 구조식(X)의 활성화된 카르복실산 유도체(Syn-이성체)와 구조식(XI) 또는 구조식(XII)의 3-비닐 세펨 유도체를 반응시켜 구조식(XIII)의 화합물을 만들고, 아연으로 보호기를 동시에 제거하여 구조식(Ⅰ)(Syn-이성체)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    (상기구조식에서 R2는 수소 혹은 트리클로로 에틸기이다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(XI)의 화합물은 구조식(XIV)의 화합물을 1,8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운덱-7-엔과 같은 염기존재하에 구조식(XV)의 이미니움 염과 반응시킨후 생성된 구조식(XVI)의 화합물을 분리하지 않고 바로 탈리반응시킨후 탈아실화하여 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(XII)의 화합물은 구조식(XVII)의 화합물을 아연으로 탈에스테르화하여 구조식 (XVIII)의 화합물을 만든후 아미다아제(Amisdae)로 탈아실화하여 제조하는 방법.
