Description
Claims (3)
- 구조식(X)의 활성화된 카르복실산 유도체(Syn-이성체)와 구조식(XI) 또는 구조식(XII)의 3-비닐 세펨 유도체를 반응시켜 구조식(XIII)의 화합물을 만들고, 아연으로 보호기를 동시에 제거하여 구조식(Ⅰ)(Syn-이성체)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.(상기구조식에서 R2는 수소 혹은 트리클로로 에틸기이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(XI)의 화합물은 구조식(XIV)의 화합물을 1,8-디아자비사이클로[5,4,0]운덱-7-엔과 같은 염기존재하에 구조식(XV)의 이미니움 염과 반응시킨후 생성된 구조식(XVI)의 화합물을 분리하지 않고 바로 탈리반응시킨후 탈아실화하여 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(XII)의 화합물은 구조식(XVII)의 화합물을 아연으로 탈에스테르화하여 구조식 (XVIII)의 화합물을 만든후 아미다아제(Amisdae)로 탈아실화하여 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
