- 공지의 화합물인 구조식(Ⅲ)의 메틸렌-(비스)-알파-아미노 페닐 아세트 아미노 페니실란산의 염을 비프로톤성 극성 용매중 상간 이동 촉매 존재하에 공지의 화합물 구조식(Ⅳ)의 알파-클로로 디에틸 카르보네이트와 반응시켜 구조식(Ⅴ)의 에스테르 화합물을 만든 다음 공지의 방법으로 가수 분해하여 구조식(Ⅰ)의 1′-에톡시 카르보닐 옥시에틸-6-[디(-)알파-아미니 페닐 아세트 아미도] 페니실라-네이트 염산염을 제조하는 방법.
