Claims (8)
- 일반식(1)의 아세토아세테이트를 아질산과 반응시키고, 생성된 일반식(2)의 2-하이드록시이미노 아세토아세테이트를 포름알데히드 및 무기산과 반응시킨 후 생성된 일반식(3)의 α, β-디옥소부티레이트를 암모니아수 및 포름알데히드와 pH 약 3 내지 5에서 반응시킴이 3단계를 2-하이드록시이미노아세토아세테이트 또는 α, β-디옥소부티레이트 중간물질을 분리시키지 않고 시행함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(4)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기중 식 R은 탄소원자 1 내지 4의 저급알킬 또는 벤질이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-하이드록시이미노아세토아세테이트를 포름알데히드 및 염산과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시이미노화합물을 포름알데히드/염산용액에 가함으로써 2-하이드록시이미노아세토아세테이트를 포름알데히드 및 염산과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염산을 2-하이드록시이미노아세토아세테이트 및 포름알데히드 현탁액에 약 0 내지 15°에서 가하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나트륨나이트라이트를 산과 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산이 아세트산인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아세토아세테이트를 나트륨나이트라이트 및 아세트산과 약 0 내지 15°에서 반응시키는 방법.
- 일반식(2)의 2-하이드록시이미노아세토아세테이트를 포름알데히드 및 무기산과 반응시킨 후, 생성된 일반식(3)의 α, β-디옥소부티레이트를 암모니아수 및 포름알데히드와 pH 약 3 내지 5에서 반응시키며 이 반응을 아세테이트 또는 α, β-디옥소부티레이트 중간물질을 분리시키지 않고 시행함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(4)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기중 식 R은 탄소원자 1 내지 4의 저급알킬, 또는 벤질이다.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
