Claims (12)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 산의 에스테르를 하이드록시 아민과 반응시켜서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 산의 에스테르를 형성하고, 이 에스테르를 이에 대응하는 유리산 또는 염으로 선택적으로 전환시키고, 생성된 화합물을 적당한 아실화제로 아실화시키고, 그후 필요에 따라서는 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 산의 에스테르를 공지된 방법에 의해 필요로 하는 염 또는 에스테르로 전환시키는 것으로 구성되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염 또는 에스테르의 제조방법.

- 상기 식에서,
- R1및 R1는 각각 수소원자 또는 선택적으로 치환된 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 또는 아릴기를 나타내며, L은 적당한 이탈기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, L이 염소원자, 브롬원자, 또는 일반식 QSO₂O-의 기를 나타내며, 이때 Q는 탄화수소기를 나타내는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아실화제는 R¹COOH의 산으로부터 유도된 무수물, 에스테르, 또는 산할로겐화물인 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R¹은 수소원자를 나타내며 아실화제는 포름산과 아세트산의 혼함 무수물인 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질로서 3차 부틸 에스테르를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 명세서내의 실시예 1B 또는 실시예 1F의 방법에 따라 수행되는 제조방법.
